I think I prefer the Plaguebearer over Backburner. Both are really good but I use the Plaguebearer to take out flying enemies which I have problems with in this game. I've wanted to try the Hive but after +30 runs of trying to farm it with no luck I've kind of stopped. Also tried the Nukem from the 1st DLC with Moze and it was fun, it isn't very strong on its own but on lower Mayhem levels its oddly satisfying.
@@dalebigsby3398 I use a Shock Backburner and the Transformer which is really good but I totally get your point. I accidentally equipped my Fire one and obliterated myself.
The kickcharger and the globetrottr are my favorite rocket launchers. I play lots of moze and zane, and use the respective rocket launcher on each IMO the globetrottr is the second best eraser build weapon behind the complex root As for other favorites, the backburner, plaguebearer, and hive are all really strong.
Like yeah. Tunguska was deserved in list. But people really forget how deadly Plumage is. Up to 130776 x 8. There is non other gun with 1 milion damage on card
If you're a Moze main you're missing out. I like to always carry a plaguebearer or yellowcake at least. Big boom blaster shield makes it spammable too.
Although launchers like the Plaguebearer and Backburner are generally speaking just better, the Hive is my favorite rocket launcher. Especially when used with an amp build using the Toboggan or an amp shield, it decimates bosses and mobs as each rocket shot from the hive that you shoot inherits the amp damage. It's incredibly satisfying to shoot once or twice and watch Wotan's health disintegrate.
@@renegade_9173 I disagree. I think the Plaguebearer edges out the Hive for mobbing and the Backburner is better for bossing, much as SGZ said. The only time I think the Hive is better than the Plaguebearer for mobbing is in arenas that don't give the projectile a lot of time to fly, as that is how the Plaguebearer does its damage. The reason the Hive is my favorite despite being worse than both of those launchers at their peaks is because of its ability to do both bossing and mobbing competently.
I equip a cutpurse artifact for ammo Regen on Moze along with the fish slap grenade to take advantage of the melee regen when I use the RYNAH. Never run out of ammo that way.
Another way I found out from Reddit: spec into Cloud of Lead, fire your launcher of choice on every free CoL shot and use the Barrage to cycle the three shots in between every free shot.
Rynah is super slept on, I use it on my moze all the time and even when it uses 8 ammo per shot I still am able to spam it, means of destruction is fkin goated

Rocket Fl4k builds don’t get enough credit. With a correct build, he can easily keep up with moze if not do better. I even had my buddy who is a moze main with me in slaughter shaft and said he wasn’t doing anything because my plaguebearers on flak kept crusting and I’d get ammo back so I had pretty much infinite rockets.
Yh flak can pretty much do anything he wants in the game. His versatility is crazy and he often does better than the other vhs when u build him correctly
@@drakescakes5629 cuz moze, zane and amara are generally more popular. Since flak is the most difficult to play when compared to the others, he gets less time on the spotlight, even tho he can do damn near anything he wants in the game. Other characters can do things better than him but he has the most diversity

I wish there was othet manufacturers of launchers outside torgue, vladof and COV. In BL2 we had maliwan launchers and tediore launchers too as well as bandit(now coV) I don't understand why they cut 2 manufacturers out of having launchers. Also, notice that literally almost all the good launchers have that alien barrel. The vast majority of regular launchers are actually terrible unfortunately.
After I lost my other accounts progress I don’t know if ima try to get Zane, moze, and flak up, yeah my Zane is at lvl like 35 but meh I might just wait this 1 and a half for wonderlands to come out
I farm the major kong rn but after 50,70 run a dint get 1.... And i want the corrosive one.... With 2×bullet... With 125% splash demage on action skill..... Ok i dont know if im not lucky or something but that just bullsh*t..... I have to farm for 3 major thing and i dint get one wet.... Im not gonna give up but thanks god i have youtube to make sure i dont lose my mind....

Got 2 hive launcher and i can say they not worth it and got nerfed af. Better go with yellowcake build is so much fun with moze

I enjoy major Kong. Don't know why but it's fun to get used to and you know you'll one shot most things.

Means of destruction can usually keep up ur ammo for launchers, just make sure to spam nades and you’ll have infinite launcher ammo

Finally got a Hive! Took me another 15 runs and is less than 10k off from max damage (which is actually good because my terrible luck).
My favorite one is the Rynah. Sure the ion cannon can 1 shot but the ryna clears the room. Almost guaranteed second wind.
