Sukeban Deka 3 Famicom Request to Mini4rider :D

Sukeban Deka 3 for Famicom, what i have seen it is a game based of an Japanese tv-show and even made a anime of it...
If anyone knows how to play this game tell me cause i can´t even get past from stage 1 I just don´t know what to do or where to go, i´m thinking, it has something to do with those payphones, but i can´t understand Japanese, so anyone who has played this game and knows please let me know, thanks.

@Mini4Rider I have made quite far now i passed the city, woods, cliffs, caves ,water level im now fighting a boss but the healt goes there down itself and i dont know how to do damage to him. I dont know Japanese v.v
