For the 100th or whatever time, BOWSER JR. IS NOT PLAYABLE BY ANY MEANS. HE CLEARLY SERVES A PURPOSE AS NON PLAYABLE DLC, WHETHER ITS MINIGAMES, BORADS, YOUR CALL, Nintendo has clearly confirmed this. Koopa Kid doesn't exist so Bowser Jr. being more popular and common now, its impossible to have Jr. be playable since he was never playable in none of the staple mario parties(1-10, DS, Star Rush, Top 100) except two(I.T. and Super) Not getting hostile, but I want people to understand that he is never going to be playable within this game.
i just want more options - turn off hidden blocks - coins only for the winner in minigames - able to switch to classic bonus stars - turn off lucky spaces - turn off chance time
@@JigsawFlex I have high hopes for this game. Because this game will definitely make up for the past Mario Parties. Also, Nintendo is trying to give people what they want and not just releasing a Mario Party because it’s about time for one.
There really wouldn't be that many characters. A lot of the "enemy" roster, such as Goomba, Koopa, Boo, etc - they're already used as board NPCs or involved in minigames, which means they'll probably not be playable. (Yes, I know that Super Mario Party had Monty Mole play whack-a-mole, and even have special animations for it, but I still don't see this being a common occurance). In terms of "good guys" characters, there's certainly more to choose from - such as Pauline, Toadsworth, E Gadd, more characters from the Donkey Kong family, all 7 Koopalings. But I just don't see the game going that far. It would be nice, but ND Cube just isn't that ambitious.

Love your DLC packs idea. I would LOVE if they expanded on this game heavily. I get the realistic route they would most likely take would not be having such an amazing game packed full of content as it would be hard for them to improve on/make a better future instalment but in saying that this should really be a ‘best of’ so I hope they really take this opportunity to please their nostalgic audience as well as bring in new audience that can experience what we did when we were kids. Hopefully there’s lots of modes, good servers for online, story mode like mp3 or the collectible houses in mp4, customisable characters!! There’s so much they could do to make this truly the best of. Don’t see them making another one of these so why not jam pack this one and sometime in the future maybe work on something new and exciting also Edit: omgosh bring back battle mini games please, I know they are in but bring back the 30-50 coin chance for battle games and I want to see like locked out, all fired up, grab bag The lot!

Thanks! I thought about putting Koopa’s Tycoon Town instead but I played that one recently I personally didn’t like how much smaller the board was and it’s easier to cheese more than one hotel if you have twice or thrice candy.

As much as I’d love DLC for the game I don’t see it happening since mario party games release quite frequently and just add new content with every new instalment.
Yeah I’m aware that on the wiki he was deconfirmed but I’d like to stay optimistic as his wooden sign replacing Koopa Kid is such a small detail that can be fixed. I still think Nintendo could do it just like how everyone thought spirits in Smash meant those characters were deconfirmed but we still ended up getting characters like Pyra/Mythra!
I’d love the idea of GC and Wii boards but let’s be honest they would have to rework gameplay for 4 because of the mushrooms, 5,6,7 for orbs and 8 for candy. This is why the limited the selection to N64, and I’m sure they are reserving this idea for a Superstars 2. I also believe MP 1-3 will have more mini game representation than the rest I think at least 60 mini games just of these 3 titles (or it would be super weird that MP3 has almost 20) and again they’re reserving GC games for a superstars 2. But still I hope some kind of DLC for this title!!

I think that the "dlc" characters should just be base roster or at least unlockable characters from start, also I'd replace Bowser Jr. with either Kamek/ a magikoopa like in mp9 or Dasiy who is obviously gonna be in anyways, but Jr is already an npc just like bowser so he's probs not playable

It started in the Top 100 version of the final battle from Mario Party 4, and also, why would he playable now if he wasn’t playable in none of the past Mario Party games(1-10)? IT, SR, DS and Top 100 are not main series. And even then, Bowser Jr. was not a staple in none of those games. Only became a NPC staple for the Last 3 Mario Party titles(8,9 and 10). People already made analysis about how many games and boards that are in the game so far so far we have a bunch of mini games for Mario party 1 through 10 no mini games showing from Mario party 8 yet no idea what the other two boards are either we got peach's cake spaceland and the forest don't know what the other two are
Honestly due to how easy it is to make Mario Party characters compared to making smash bros characters I think we will get more mario party characters via dlc than smash bros characters via dlc
I would love to see non Mario characters like the Inklings or Link be playable characters as DLC like they did with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe but hey that's just me.

If the minigames amount stay the same that’s fine. But this games should get 25+ characters and 8-10 boards.

I think the "DLC" will be free just like Mario Golf, Mario Tennis, and Kirby: Star Allies
That would be incredible if they did this but I have my doubts cause I feel it would require a good amount of substantial work on the developers’ end.
@@JigsawFlex I mean Golf is adding new characters and courses Tennis added new characters and Kirby added new characters with their own levels AND an entire new campaign and a bunch of other goodies I don't see why remaking old boards and mini games and also adding new characters would be much harder
I know the game hasn't even come out yet but let me say this:

People already made analysis about how many games and boards that are in the game so far so far we have a bunch of mini games for Mario party 1 through 10 no mini games showing from Mario party 8 yet no idea what the other two boards are either we got peach's cake spaceland and the forest don't know what the other two are

Honestly due to how easy it is to make Mario Party characters compared to making smash bros characters I think we will get more mario party characters via dlc than smash bros characters via dlc
