You been out on rough water yet? Mine took on water through the hatch! I don't know if it's missing a seal. Does yours have one. We nearly sank in Loch lomond
@@BeepingMad thanks for replying pal. I've contacted Cambridge kayaks and they have sent out new hatches. Hopefully there's a seal on these. Otherwise I'll be back to ask how you made the seal. :)
@@BeepingMad I know what you mean. If you like kayak/wild camp adventures here’s one I did just before the second lockdown started. One of my best adventures to date 👍 ruclips.net/video/ryutUUPPTa4/видео.html
very nice, looks well fitted and built, you sure those black things aren't personal loos 😁 Safety wise need a flag higher then a car roof, when towing it, because in a line of traffic some twat (plenty of them on the roads today) will see it as a gap behind you and try to overtake vehicles behind you and pull in to the "gap"
@@jackandbuddy2997 Jack I kayak a lot, I have to say it is very stable, ideal for sea fishing on s smooth to slight sea. I also have a galaxy cruz single seater. I find that harder to paddle than the Cambridge sunfish tandem. I am a big chap 6 foot 3 and about 110 kgs. It handled the water just fine
Thanks for the video was helpful in making my decision to buy 🎉
Great video. Can this be put on a roof rack to transport? Also cab the rod holders be taken off if using for not fishing?
Looks amazing mate. Bet you can’t wait to try it out 👍🏻😎👍🏻
Absolutely can't wait
That is looking good brother I like that
I can't wait to get out with it
Looks great Geoff mate 👍

Mine did the same. I made a silicon seal which did the trick. The previous seals were cheap and nasty.

Awesome vid. I have the same kayak, also from Cambridge Kayaks 😊👍
They are good kayaks, I am looking forward to when I can get out again

Good point day, luckily the kayak fits on the van roof no problem of over hang. Those black things might end up being loos
Love it, built-in chemical toilet is a great idea 😁😁 Glad to see that you you are all still safe!
Lol that is a good idea
Can you paddle this without the 2nd person in it
Yes it is very easy to paddle.
Thanks Geoff been looking to buy 1 from cambridge kayaks. Is that what yours is?
Ha ha sorry just seen that it is. Take care
