The frozen spamton... thats a whole new level of terrifying. Though for his own gain he was the darkners last ditch effort to stay alive. Imagine standing there, desperately trying to pry open the fountain while a frozen, likely not dead sculpture looms overhead watching. So not only did he have to watch Kris seal the fountain and topple his empire, but after also watched his best friend die in front of him.

In all honesty, I feel really bad about them all. Being turned to stone is a really terrifying way to go, not being able to move in your last moments? I would be balling tears if I had to endure that.

The thing is, unlike the chapter 1 dark world, it's nearly impossible to transport their light-world forms back to the closet. I mean, they'd need to steal all the computers from the library. So...with the fountain sealed, everyone who wasn't recruited--They're just gone.
