My question is why do you insert the needle through the bottom of the cartridge and is there a hole there as well as under the black dot on top? I ordered your kit and I'm working on this.
Hello it’s best to inject the ink as shown in the video. It gives the sponge s better chance of sucking up the ink
Great tutorial. Only thing which I would add, I was not able to have that dock for cartridge, so I blow a bit in cartridge and done the same job!.

I would not recommend blowing in the cartridge , especially not the colour.
is it possible to fill catridges which have been sitting empty for 6 months?.....also is there another way to pull the ink through once filled or do you need to buy the docking thing?
Hello, you should be able to. Especially the black and yes the printing tool is the secret to successfully refilling.

Hello , just ignore the low ink warning. It should print normally.
when priming do I need to block the needle hole with finger or keep it open
You can block it if you wish but there should be no need as it takes only little pressure.
My HP printer 2630 still say it’s cartridge issue, low ink or no ink now even though I have refilled the ink cartridge, cleaned the print head, still won’t print a single sheet. Only thing it can print is after printer reset the test page showing all values and ink pattern. Once I send something to print it just stops
That will be because when you set up your printer you agreed to share information with HP about usage , or maybe even signed up for instant ink.
Uninstall and reinstall the printer and never agree to share information with HP.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the printer software. You have most likely signed up to instant ink or are sharing usage information with HP. Never share information with Hp
Nice vid. Any advice on what to do if you're not getting a nice black line after filling an hp 62 cart? I did three cleaning cycles and an alignment. No luck. Black doesn't print at all.😩
When you filled did you suck out the ink after ?
If you did not this is why its not working because the ink needs to be pulled down to the print head. If you do not have a tool , have a look at my other video which describes how to fix blocked print heads. You can replace the cleaning fluid with warm water. But ideally you need to make sure the cartridge is not very dry.

how many times i can refill cartridge?

Good morning, everytime I refill the 63 or most all HP ink cartridge it keeps leaking for quite awhile, sometimes hours or next day.
I put it on the table with nothing under it (so it won't suck the ink) and when I come back after one hour the cartridge leaked and strangely enough, mostly magenta. Would you know why?
It will be because of either of two reasons. You are over filling or you have pierced the filter by pushing the tip of the needle in too far , ink cartridges never ever leak if refilled correctly.

works but a put 5ml ink in regular cartridge
My advice is to put in 4ml or the sponge will overflow- you may not see it as it will leak internally.

Hello. I have the 2iC3Azu and the 2ybsixt kit. I've watched the above video. My package came with 4 needles that clearly are to fill the the various colors. What I don't have or see is a way to pierce the bottom of the ink cartridge. If I am correct, the cartridge should be pierced through the silver strip located between copper bands. I was not supplied with the tool used in the video that pierces the silver strip. I attempted to pierce with the supplied needles, but stopped when the amount of force I was using seemed excessive. Please advise.
Sorry but nowhere in the instructions does it say to pierce the bottom. Please follow the instructions in our videos.

Plus you don’t pierce the bottom the tool provide sucks out the ink through the bottom as that’s where the ink naturally comes from , if you have attempted to pierce it with a needle then I am afraid you will have damaged the cartridges.

how much ink goes into 304 cartridge and my cartridge holder to prime ,is not same as yours .how does it grip cartridge. proper instruction would have been nice
It takes 4ml.
The flat holder works exactly the same , you just have to hold it in place , and if your cartridge is fresh it will work very easily.

It will have been a faulty cartridge. Or perhaps the contacts had ink on them.
Hi again sorry to bother you but I recently bought a refill kit from tesco black ink. but my syringe is longer than yours I don't know what to do but it comes with little nibs do I put them on the holes because it says I should and that may shrink the size and I also tried doing it on my own today got a mess all over my mums table and floor and used most of the kitchen roll and its permanently stuck to my hands but it also comes with liquid netttoyant and it ses clea what the hell is that for if so please Help Meee

Hello , you can refill the cartridges no problem and they will work. You can’t reset the Ink level on the printer , but this does not matter because after refilling your cartridges you are saving lots of £££ or $$$$ or €€€€ 😀

I have to disagree because you are saving so much money by refilling.
It’s £20 on average in the uk for a black ink cartridge but you can refill yours with our kit for under £3
@@Theinkrefillexperts What's the cost to buy the inks and the cost for the ink injection? My printer has finished and that's why I'm looking to refill my own as the inks online are far too overpriced.
Over a year I using this ink. And truly I think is amazing. My usage is small (cca 500sheets per month and if I need refill I refill and save money. Just have to bring to attention I have to use original cartridges and not reused sold as Asda. Otherwise reset need be manually and time consume. Even with orig I can not see on printer ink level but when I waste up to 20 pages per month with shade print I don't mind. I am very happy for this ink.
