Excellent. The xl cartridge had been out for a month, so took some extra sucking..and some manly flicks. But then test page went from blank to glorious black. Top marks chaps, a quality product. And I'm no longer a slave to HP (Horrible Prices).

Yeah. They said to me in the shop that I'd crack some chip on the unit otherwise it will always indicate empty.
You can’t crack the chip, but you can refill.
Just ignore the low ink warning 😀

That’s not true, the setup cartridge is just a normal cartridge with less ink. It can be refilled with no issues at all. I have refilled many thousands.
How do you refill the color one? I know there are colors in there but how do you know which one is wich and how much color does it take? (the XL ones)
Hello, thanks for the guide which I followed without the primer tool. However, I find my refilled cartridges are leaking through the print head and wonder what you advise? Should I plug the holes on the 305s to create more of a vacuum? My second theory is maybe the replacement ink is too thin (must say they weren't bought from yourselves!)? Thanks
You may have over filled or out the needle in too far piercing a filter that is inside. Do not plug the holes or it will just not work.
Also the primer is very very important.

It’s a gorgeous video, but how did you reset the printer ink counter? I am unable to reuse my refilled cart. Due to the ink counter.
It’s not possible to reset the ink levels after refilling but that should not stop you from getting it to work.
Do i need to buy for another seperate empty cartridge just to do this or i just can use my cartridge that i have when i bought my printer?

Great video. Will try this on a 305. All we have though are blunt needles and it seems quite hard to push them into the cartridge sponge. It looked really easy when you did it. Do you use pointed needles. Thanks.
Hello Ian, you really need sharp needles or honesty it won’t work correctly and forcing the needle in damaged the sponge.

That means your printer needs a head clean. You can do that in the maintenance section on the printer.

The printer hp 2710 says there is no ink and won't print. Is it true that the printer remembers only the last three cartridge?
What you can do is totally uninstall the printer and then reinstall it again and don’t sign up to anything and never share usage information with HP.

I’ve re filled my cartridges and it printed a few pages fine but now it won’t print as it throws an error saying that they are refilled or non HP. How can I reset this? I have HP envy 6032 :)

It basically took me to a section where it stated that if counterfeit or refilled cartridges were used it would be out of the warrantee or something I just clicked a load of buttons and then It worked. As long as it works then I’m happy so 🤷🏻♀️ good enough for me

Hi is it possible to reset the ink level function using original cartridges? I had to reinstall the printer (6032) and after that the Hp smart tool do not recognise them, saying they're used, not original or whatsoever.
The printer prints of course but it's impossible to see the levels anymore.

Hello , there is no way to reset the ink level but don’t worry about it. When the ink runs out just refill again.

Hello, that might be because you signed up for instant ink or are sharing usage information with Hp. Uninstall and reinstall the printer software and never agree to sharing information with Hp.

@@Theinkrefillexperts The app on the phone still is showing the colour cartridge is empty. Also, magenta is not in the colours when papers are printed out.
It’s normal that it will say low on ink, if it’s not printing magenta that will be because it’s blocked. Try running a head clean.
