This was great info! I've been looking all over for a video breakdown of the new objectives. You guys are the first I've found. Looking forward to watching your backlog and seeing the secondary objective breakdown.
99 subs (as of this comment)! Looks like y'all are going to be recording a prize drawing pretty soon!! Thanks for all the hard work y'all do! Cheers, fellas!!!
The new rule set is incredibly fun! I played a tournament last weekend with a Wookiee list and won all three games 12-6 but in each game I had only a couple heavily wounded activations left and it. The 5 round format definitely gives a major boost to armies that struggle with the attrition battle.
@@Xand1Cast Chewy and the Chieftain both w/ recon intel, 3 ranged Wookiees with bow casters and recon, 3 melee Wookiees with shields, recon, and tenacity, and 2 bomber flutters. This last event wasn't ranked on longshanks but I'm on a 7 win streak in events with variations of this list. Like y'all were talking about, this sets up very well to split the army as needed at deployment. It's a lot of in your face melee, but a decent balance of range threat with pierce.
@@Xand1Cast nice! Well I'm excited to see your next ones! These new objectives have been a lot of fun so far. I like y'all's breakdown of it. I do believe though that 501st will rock and kill it depending on how it's played. So far it's worked nicely for me
Great episode! I believe you got the speeder rule slightly wrong, though. Speeders are limited to 2 moves if they have claimed asset tokens, but the tokens on Intercept Signals are not asset tokens. Asset tokens are used in Surface Scan, Destroy Enemy Base, and Recon Mission, and you can see the tokens are called out as (asset) on the card text. The difference is that assets can be dropped and claimed, whereas the tokens in Marked Targets and Intercept Signals are just marking the units as special.
Guys, awesome content, love the positive vibes and very insightful comments on objectives and list building. Definitely looking forward to more casts!
Thanks for listening! We are covering secondaries in our next episode!
great episode. love the breakdown and different views with different armies on all the objectives.
Glad you enjoyed!

Thanks! Will do!

Awesome! I (Matt) went 3-0 with wookiees last weekend too! What was your list? We are definitely taking some wounds as Wookiee players.

Great catch! Will being it up next time we record.
on bunker you can contest from prepared positions because the width of the token gives you about a 1 inch bubble in your deployment that you can reach
Ya we figured there were a few objectives you could contest in while remaining in your deployment zone
i love legion content; wish my area had a bigger player base
Yeah, it’s really great, hopefully the game is able to grow in your area!
Good talk
Thanks for listening!
I need more corps
Don’t we all
