Brilliant film guys, I’ve yet to do these Munro’s but they epitomise what it’s all about for me: wild, remote and a test of stamina and route finding. It’s called adventure. Keep em coming. Richard.

Congratulations on doing the 12, and you had slightly better views than the last time you did 12. That wind and cold weather takes away the joy, but its part of climbing. Really enjoyed the experience, real life reactions, and seeing those summits!

Yeh we got lucky the second day with the weather. Always great to get some views after a tough climb. Thanks for the comment🙏

Had to replay this over and over again. Just so much going on, every time caught a new point of interest.
Day one, your climbing buddy soldiered on through 'absolutely freezing wind and rain' in his shorts😅
I did wonder if he is of Scandinavian origin or to quote the apocryphal, 'made in Scotland, frae girders'😂
Complex topography of peaks and glens, I've tramped the Glen Affric hills in warm summer weather as far as Carn Eigh and Mam Sodhail, really parts of of one mountain mass.
Everything beyond that your trek is an adventure into new territory (for me at least) with all the pleasure of your video companionship.
I did note your dining choice of another steaming pot noodle 😊, Have you ever considered trying for a product endorsement to your channel.
"Eat our (insert manufacturer name) noodles and you can conquer 12 munros!!
I also note history of the ruins on top of Mam Sodhail, but that can be subject for another time

Yeh was definitely a lot to take in over the three days, new views and things to look at. My pal is Scottish and just brave with the shorts😂😂. Glad you could see some new areas, always nice to see new places. Don’t think I have a big enough following for sponsorship. But who knows, maybe something for the future. Thanks for the comment

I'm still picking up on parts of your journey bringing out the natural beauty of the Highland nature. You started through a small area of original (thousands of year old) Caledonian woodland, all the trees, green moss and percolating water flows that are the natural gift of this habitat. No doubt also much wildlife, but produce a camera and you won't see them for dust 😂!
You perceptively describe the winding woodland path as like an excerpt from Lord of the rings in nature. You couldn't say it better!
I also wanted to belatedly express my admiration of your completion of a challenging long trip complete with full backpacks.🫡
And all on a single pot noodle
Sorry I'll shut up on that one😂!!

Cheers mate. Yeh was a tough trip but worth every minute of slogging up with heavy back packs for the views. Glad you enjoyed

    "This wind is so cold!"
    *companion skips ahead in shorts*

  • @thedaftestnameicouldthinko8233

Impressive and some great scenery. Do you know that Gaelic pronunciations and translations are available on line. I think Walkhighlands and Munromagic both have them. Knowing a few words of Gaelic adds to the experience. For example, your first climb went through Fraoch Coire. Fraoch means heather, which is apt for that Coire. Cracking trip, though.
