Thanks, passed on the 1st attempt!! I can confirm, this is the official route as of 06-14-2018, just make sure to pay close attention to the signs at the intersection of Tech Road and Prosperity Drive.
I just passed my test on the 16th of August. This was exactly the same route. The examiner was a very nice person. I wish good luck to all..
I passed my test on 07/05/2018 and this route was exactly on the road test.

Does the closed portion still make you do reverse parking, forward and 3 point turn? Or is it just reverse parking?

@@yr1ds164 Not really, its an average parking space. But I suggest you to use your back up camera if you have it but pretend that you’re looking at your right mirror. When reversing turn your wheel all the way to the right and back up, when you think you’re about to hit a cone, put your car in drive and straighten your wheel a little toward the right which then you move up a little to the right, then put your car into reverse and turn your wheel to the right and straighten your wheel as you’re going into the space
Nice little drive. The Beltsville location has two areas so you don't have to wait as long as in White Oak. Still, it's an easy route. Best of luck to you all and be safe on the roads.

Love wins. Yes. You back in between two cones. Be careful when pulling out (after you have backed in) the curb sticks out and if you hit it you fail. Just an FYI because it can be hard to see. But this was a fairly easy course.

@@kierstongilbert7531 We had Augustine both times and he was pleasant. Wasn't very talkative, but with his heavy accent, he was still very understandable.

At the prosperity intersection, when turning right and the traffic light is red, do you wait until it turns green or can you drive off while red and safe to do so?
Lebogang Thabe u can turn right on red as long as long as there isn’t a sign that says u are prohibited to do so .

I passed on my first try on August 11, 2018 and this is the same exact route.
You are allow to make a right even though it’s on the right light at 1:53 .. I definitely fail my first test at beltsville cause of that .

im taking my road test in 2 weeks from now is this still the route for the test?
pass my test today 10/22/2018. the route is almost the same, change where you make a right on the broadbirch dr, there you go straight ahead and make a right on the plum orchard dr. but the instructor very rude.

When you turn on prosperity, is it one lanes or 2? I don’t know if I should stay to the right or signal when going to the left. Someone help!
Kenzie Nettleton When you turn on prosperity there are 2 lanes. The one you see on the left are for the cars leaving. The one on the right are for the cars entering. If you get confused just look at the lines.

The first time, was because of me listening to the instructor and not myself. As I was pulling out of the 2 point reverse, I needed to go straight but the instructor kept telling me to turn now so I can proceed with my test, I told him that I should go up more because I felt that my back wheel will hit the curb. Which it did, because I had listened to the instructor and just turned and then my right back wheel had slightly hit the curb. Tragic. @@morenoingrato

So is this for provisional license?
Yes, but they revised the test due to COVID-19. All MVA’s have temporarily removed the road portion of the exam. All you need to do is the pull-in parking, backwards parking, and three point turn on the closed course. Hope this helps!!
