- How to make a Flash cake ( Flash is the sloth from the new Zootopia movie )
In this cake decorating tutorial I show you how to make a face cake of the sloth from Zootopia, I do this by cutting some rough shapes into the cake and using those off cuts to build up the risen areas before laying some rolled out fondant / sugar paste over the top. I use Sugarflair food colours to dye my icing and Rainbow dust's edible food dusts to add more colour. You might also find it easier if you have a picture to use as a template like I do in the video. Basic Victoria sponge cake recipe -
Ingredients:
225g butter
225g caster sugar
4 eggs
225g self-raising flour
1 tsp vanilla essence
Method:
Cream together the butter and sugar, then beat in the eggs and vanilla essence. Once smooth and creamy, fold in the flour.
Pour in to a greased cake tin and bake in the oven at 180degrees for approximately 40 minutes, until golden brown and a knife comes out clean.
Buttercream recipe -
600g icing sugar, sifted
300g unsalted or salted butter, softened
optional flavouring
Beat the ingredients together.

Can you change the position of your Canada when you film it make me really dizzy to watch it. Don't get me wrong I watched it until ends I love your videos you are amazing but it really make me sick.
