Any idea what the "slotted" screw head is called? How to remove it? My knife will no longer open and I was looking for a tool to remove the large screws on the "Irwin" side of the knife. Any idea what size of tool head I need? I looked at some slotted head 1/4" drivers but they all look to small and are more for two small holes in a screw head than these slots on the sides of the screw head. My knife looks the same as in this video. Thank you.
About 9 years into the future I find one and have about the same hate then I figured it out ( instructions gone) I end up carrying it more than the Milwaukee fastback
Sorry I didn't get back to you. Looks like you could Dremel cut the clip off but also there must be a spanner nut and bolt that holds all that together, Maybe when this one fails I will take it apart and shoot a video of it.
I had someone troll me on the sticker in the comments but I think they removed their comment. I am not wild about the knife myself. I still like the Classic Stanley that retracts and has the quick blade change feature.
Thanks bud I was goin a bit bonkers myself trying to change the blade.
Cheers for that👍
It took me awhile to figure it out.

A private and inspired clip. Good atmosphere.
Do you know of any way to remove the Pocket/Belt Clip? I'm a lefty and it just digs into my hand when I'm using the knife.

the blue part is plastic?
Diego Cartagena Yes
Mine is cast aluminum
Instead of a tag they should have lasered that information into the frame. The first thing I do is peel off stickers.(I would have been SOL!)
God bless you
Thank you!
