He absolutely loves it and doing CS50 brings the same level of excitement in him as playing Roblox games. CS50 is perhaps the best computer science course out there , and its free. my parents, when i was young, never thought CS would be a sustainable job. they persuaded me to go in a different route. which i did and later, i started using Python for my data science courses and now working as a SWE. safe to say their intuitions were wrong this time. your son will be grateful to have a such a caring, intuitive father. don't be overbearing, let him decide where CS fundamentals take him

    2. 🔥 Action steps
    🔴 START with STRUCTURED way
    with good teacher/course
    🔴Focus on Fundamentals
What language you start with Doesn't matter .You will need multiple anyway .
🔴Then UNSTRUCTURED Exploration with OWN problem solving project
Don't have any idea what to do? This is the way for starting adventure of self learning .(After basic idea in step 1)
    🔴 Use Resources
Google,RUclips etc to do that own project (solving own problem)
🔴 Think long term,PLAY Long ,WIN LONG.
It takes time, hours of research, exploration, starting again.
    Happy Learning ☺️

One of the greatest thing about a non-IITian, is that they don't just cling to just JEE and exam related things (like most of the IITian RUclipsr do). Non-IITian You Tubers like Kunal Kushwaha talk about computer and programming and growth, inspite of being from not so eye brow raising college, which is the best for the youth rather than just clinging on to just JEE repeat telecast and vlogging while being from one of the top colleges in Indian, I mean that's ironic.

I don't understand, why are we so madly obsessed with colleges? Why is it necessary to constantly obsess over an individual's college status than seeing what quality content they put out? Indians should stop being attached to college brands and focus on things that matter. And this guy still went to a govt college with a CS major, which means he DID get high grades, just not in jee but in other entrances.
