I got to play this at Galloping Ghost. Such a cool game! It feels so much more responsive and interactive than any other of the early '80s laserdisc arcade games. The tech being able to tie playback speed to player input and bending the image accordingly and convincingly when you're hitting the sides of the track make a huge difference, and there's clearly a lot of creative thought and effort being put into the rendered CG visuals in the background!
I'm too young to have experienced this in the arcade myself, but the visuals for this game look amazing and I hope to be able to experience them myself at some point.

Very nice! I do notice the lack of any LD audio (crowd cheering, etc.), though.
