    1 Kilo of Sugar
    2 liters of water
    Juice of 4 Lemons
    100 gr. Water

    1 Vanillin

    Recipe ingredients
    1 Kilo of Apricots
    1 Kilo of Sugar
    500 gr. Water
    30 gr. Baking soda
    1 Vanillin - 1 Vanillin
    1 Sprig Arbaroriza
    1/2 Lemon Juice
    1 tbsp Glucose
    100 gr. Blanched almonds

    Recipe ingredients
    500 gr. Strawberries
    300 gr. Sugar
    1/2 Cup Water
    1 Sprig Arbaroriza
    1 Vanillin
    1/2 Lemon Juice

    Put 2 liters of water in a bowl
    Juice of 3 lemons
    1 kilo of cherries
    Leave for 2 hours to harden
    We wash them and remove the seeds with the special tool
    In a saucepan, alternately put 1 kg of cherries and 1 kg of sugar in layers
    Leave overnight in the fridge to let them release their juices
    The next day we add 100 g. water, and boil over high heat
    As soon as it boils, skim the foam off the surface with a spoon
    Lower the heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes
    The syrup is ready when one drop stands without spreading
    If the syrup is loose, take out the sweet and boil it
    If it is tight, add a little water to bring it to a boil
    Add 1 sprig of rhizome
    1 Vanillin
    Juice of 1 lemon
    Shake the pot in a circle
    Boil for 5 minutes, and remove from heat
    When it cools down, put it in a sterilized jar

    Fill a large bowl with cold water
    Pour 30 g. baking soda and dissolve it
    Put the apricots with firm flesh, and leave them for 1 hour
    Wash them and remove the seeds with a stick
    Put 1 kg of sugar in a saucepan over medium heat
    500 gr. Water
    1 Kilo of Apricots
    Boil for 5-7 minutes from the moment it starts boiling
    Remove the foam that forms on the surface
    Turn off the heat and let them stand in the syrup until our dessert cools completely
    Put the dessert back on medium heat for 5-10 minutes until the syrup sets
    If the apricots have softened a lot during boiling, take them out and boil the syrup on its own
    Add 1 sprig of Arbaroriza
    1 Vanillin
    1 tbsp Glucose
    1/2 Lemon Juice
    100 gr. Blanched almonds
    We move the pot in a circle, holding it by the handles
    Let it boil for 2-3 minutes, and remove from the heat
    Store in a sterile jar

    Remove the leaves and stem with a sharp knife
    We choose strawberries that are ripe and without bumps
    Place 500 gr. strawberries in a pot
    300 gr. Sugar
    1/2 Cup Water
    1 Sprig Arbaroriza
    Shake the pot in a circle
    When it starts to boil, boil on low heat for 10-15 minutes
    Scoop out gently with a slotted spoon
    If the liquid flows in the form of knots, it is ready
    If the syrup is loose, take out the sweet and boil it
    If it is tight, add water to bring it to a boil
    1 Vanillin
    Before closing, add 1/2 lemon juice
    Let it boil for 2 minutes, and remove from the heat
    Place in a sterile glass jar
