Hey Diplex, this may not be your interest, but there are two mods coming out for MOWAS2 that will focus on the 1930s and the Spanish Civil War. Perhaps that might be cool to do.
Either he touches some thing and it dies or when he try’s to see something Cinimatic he doesn’t see it the duplex curse has adapted to many different forms
idk what game or mod it would require, but i'd love to see some vietnam battles. Maybe hamburger hill, or the battle for the Ia Drang valley. That would cool AF
2 Suggestions: 1. (non-historic) German/Argentine invasion of British held Falkland Islands, Spring-Summer 1915, a series of battles logging the progression of the Campaign, you can take it where you want. Background: After German loss in Naval Battle of the Falklands in 1914, Germany realised it was losing its grip and control in the South Atlantic. Therefore it proposed a joint German/Argentine invasion of the Falklands, as relations between them were very good at the time and Argentina wanted control of the islands already. OR 2. ( semi-historic) British invasion of German-held island of Heligoland Bight. 1914. You know the deal, based on Battlefield 1. Royal Marine landing on the island after naval bombardment. Hope you like my suggestions diplex, love your vids.
@Nguyen Hoang Duc reminds m e of Trombley in Generation Kill when spotting for the battalion and exposing himself to enemy gunfire, yet he didn't care about getting shot
Diplex i have a suggestion for your new series. perhaps you could do a series about the 1967 six-day war (where israel a new small, struggling, state fought Egypt in the Sinai deset, jordan in jerusalam an Syria in the Golan mountains israel was heavily outnumberd, outgunned and attacked alsmost simultaneously but incredibly managed to beat them all in just 6 days and liberate jerusalam). A series would be completley unique as that theatre of war is rarely explored on men of war, i dont even think that there is 1 youtube video about it. The series would have immense potential due to the diverse terrain and armies. You could do perhaps 6 episodes, 1 for each day. I would love to hear from you!
Hey DiplexHeated wondering if you could make a scenario. : Battle of Washington DC : World war 3 : Modern vehicles or futuristic vehicles : United States troops(infantry, armor, stationary weapons, artery, aircraft) defending Washington from Sea, air, and threats : Enemies could be Iran, China, Russia, North Korea and/or Japan : United kingdom or Germany or Israel can reinforce American troops. Could be multiple parts if you have time part 1 could be a enemy invades America part 2 enemy invades City Hall or a town outside of DC part 3 could be the defense of the White House. If the Allies or America win the battle on any part America could go offencive or continue defensively but increase defenses but a harder attack. But love your videos keep it up
Imagine wales declares independence from the UK, but then the UK invades and the Welsh have to defend Cardiff; or maybe a battle could take place in a valley and the Welsh could be defending a coal mine. The valleys have railways running through them all so possibly an armoured train could come into play. Maybe if it was a series then you could have them pushed all the way to Pembrokeshire and the independents make their last stand at Skomer island or Dale fort.
What about... hm, maybe the Falkland Islands war? It’d be cool, but there was only infantry fighting on the ground. Spanish civil war battle of Madrid would be cool, but i have a feeling you’ve done that one before. I’m struggling to think of interesting 20th century things. What about the Moldovan-Transdniestrian War? That’s pretty modern, though. Wait was that even 20th century... I don’t know, these are my ideas though. Hope it helps.
Great video as usual! My favourite videos of yours are the landing ones. Really liked the one with operation sealion with the invasion of wales. Would love to see one of the Channel Islands :) keep up the great work!
It would be awesome if you could do something on the Northern Mali Conflict. The Mali government supported by French special forces fighting the different insurgent groups would be really cool.
I'd love to see a battle against Britain and Canada over Canadian independence, maybe Canada being supported by the US and Britain bringing in its other colonies to lay siege starting with a cold snowy beach assault in Canada
Great video, I was hoping to see more Natuna videos. But I have an idea for a new series. Because of the UK finally exiting the EU, a modern day war for Scottish independence breaks out, secretly supported by Ireland and maybe the US, whilst at the same time, Irish armies invade Northern Ireland in a war for reunification.
You should make a little two or three part series featuring a specific squad or company of soldiers in different battles or theaters. It would be cool to see you narrate or come up with stories. Edit: You could do a wolfenstein type of series featuring an American resistance group
What the heck you mean by "not like saving *privet* ryan" Saving Private Ryan was still one of the best WW2 movies even though it was from 1990s. The D-Day scenes also was great and not so misleading.
not only the defenders were from vichy france but lots of them changed sides as soon as they could, and the ones that didn't had to fight the french resistance that was already behind them when the attack began, in most of the places where US troops landed the fight was already over
Diplex,I’m currently working on a 2km long d-day map that I’m planning have all the goodies of the Normandy campaign. From the beaches, to the hedgerows, from open farmlands and outskirts, to the important cities that were the major road links between the different landings. If you’re interested, I’d like to get in contact and we can see about collaborating on the map
Also I would love to see more battle such as Romans against Spartans, Persians vs. Greeks and Spartans, English vs. Scott's more Naval battles of tall ships such as English vs Spain, Spain vs. French
Hey I have an alternate history scenario, about operation barbarossa but the British and Americans joining with the Germans. After Hitler convinces the Western allies that the communists were up to no good, the allies joins Hilter's Armies with one goal, to destroy the Soviets. I think you could do 10 videos in a series. The first 5 about the battles in the Western part of the Soviet Union (Alternate battle of Stalingrad, Moscow, etc., in which the Germans/ allies win) And, the other 5 about the battles in the east and Siberia. I hope you may take interest. Thank you and may you have a nice day!
I have a great idea. An African continental war of unification. Many battle scenarios to be had. Jungles Savanahs, deserts, etc. The war would be bloody and super technical. The air wars alone would be crazy.
I'd love to see a video of Abaddon and his Marines setting Vigilus ablaze with the help of demons and possibly Gilliman and his Ultra Marines respond along with the Astro Militarum. As large a scale a battle you can come up with, with troops from both sides spilling in from different areas to repel the other. I want to see a Chaotic planitary war take place.
1:13 the answer to me is that north africa is actually green (coastal regions of algeria and north of tunisia and half of morroco ) , casablanca one of the locations of the landing in ww2 is surrounded by forests , oran too , a landing on the desert like region like this can be possible only in western sahara part of morroco today and spain in ww2 or libya
I’m not sure how it is in this game but, I know there is at least one plane model. Maybe you could make a 2-10 min video about just dogfights if that’s possible
Diplex how about the Destroyermen series from Taylor Anderson. Early IJN vs USN meets different beings on a different Earth. As well as other groups of humans, from different times. Marines vs dinosaurs.
What about a series on a war that goes on for so long each couple of episodes, the 2 sides become less and less technologically advanced, so there can be muskets fighting alongside assault rifles, at some point maybe even swords and crossbows. The uniforms could go from modern day to a mix between modern and old wool uniforms to medieval style with modern webbing, etc
@Nguyen Hoang Duc India vs Pakistan is just a bunch of nuclear explosions. US vs. Venezuela is a cake walk (just watch Venezuela's official military training video that was meant to scare off the US). Both are pretty uneventful.
How about scenarios based on Larry Bond's books ( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Larry_Bond ): (a) North Korea invading South Korea during the late-1980s (inspired by the novel, Red Phoenix); (b) Cubans versus South Africans or South Africans versus US and UK (inspired by the novel, Vortex: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vortex_(Bond_and_Larkin_novel) ); and (c) post-Cold War war story of Franco-German military alliance versus countries of the Eastern Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary) supported by the US and UK (inspired by the novel, Cauldron: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cauldron_(Bond_novel) )
If you have good modern assets you could do some 2020-2040 resource war in some barren resource rich outskirts or in a devastated city center. Maybe a thawed artic circle battle between the US and Russia over oil or shipping rights
Do a “bay if pigs”, US insurgents vs Cubans. The insurgents wore the frog US camo and Cubans in green. Both used US weapons, a few soviet items on Cuban side including tanks
Oooooo diplex what about modern/future/sci-fi one like the tyranids from 40k invade earth and it’s American soldiers and tanks fighting this new enemy. Or something like that blending universes together go outside the box be crazy.
I don't know if you could pull the assets for it, but like if Mexico did open up a front during WW1 on the Americans per the Zimmerman Telegram or like a battle with the US Army and Pancho Villa's forces that were going on in the 1900's before WW1. Just kinda a different idea.
As a possible video recommendation, how bout a video based on a battle from War Plan Red. The US's plan if they ever went to war against the UK. 30's Americans Vs Canadians and Brits would be awesome!
Haven't watched the video yet, do you miss interfering in battles by controlling units? I know I was in the minority but I loved when you did scenarios and were a bigger proponent in it
It's been mentioned before, but I will mention it again: Siege of Jadotville. Irish UN troops vs mercenary French Foreign Legion soldiers. If you haven't watched the movie on Netflix yet, you should.
Alternate WWI battles, Second US Civil War in 1916, Germans in Paris 1914, etc.
2nd? Isn't ther- Oh wait. oh yea. SHIT!
Hey Diplex, this may not be your interest, but there are two mods coming out for MOWAS2 that will focus on the 1930s and the Spanish Civil War. Perhaps that might be cool to do.
Battle of constantinopal
Diplex-curse took almost 30 seconds at 7:30.
What's the curse again
Either he touches some thing and it dies or when he try’s to see something Cinimatic he doesn’t see it the duplex curse has adapted to many different forms
@@eoinwaters2493 oh yh when the character dies it usually ends up being an explosion or a ball of fire
Do you know Theodore reed
That scene reminds me of that one video with the dude casually popping off an RPG in the midst of gunfire.
ruclips.net/video/fev44a-hKr0/видео.html
I love how you can tell that you're early to Diplex Heated video by the 360p resolution.
You should make a series of the North African Campaign in chronological order with Men of War
Can’t wait for maybe more sea invasion! I just want huge beaches and just pure sheer machine guns and mortars.
Diplex, an Indian rebellion against England in like 1920 would be cool. With a mix of ww1 and 2 weaponry
That’s extreme
When the Brits seem to be winning, Ghandi will unleash the Indian bootleg version of the Manhattan Project.
Another awesome video. I love the battles like this with fewer casualtys. Really awesome stuff
idk what game or mod it would require, but i'd love to see some vietnam battles. Maybe hamburger hill, or the battle for the Ia Drang valley. That would cool AF

@Nguyen Hoang Duc reminds m e of Trombley in Generation Kill when spotting for the battalion and exposing himself to enemy gunfire, yet he didn't care about getting shot
Diplex i have a suggestion for your new series.

Diplex.... what about a Omaha Beach but with WARHAMMER 40k units???? it should be crasy
Hey DiplexHeated wondering if you could make a scenario.

Duplex I love your ww2 robz mow videos, That’s why I subbed, I wanna see more German vs Russian east Prussia like 1944-45 and such

Would love US vs soviets or germans/UK vs Americans in a alternate history
With the UK it would force a war in the Caribbean
Great video, I was hoping to see more Natuna videos. But I have an idea for a new series. We need a real d-day, and not like saving privet ryan
What the heck you mean by "not like saving *privet* ryan"
Saving Private Ryan was still one of the best WW2 movies even though it was from 1990s. The D-Day scenes also was great and not so misleading.
The conclusion is I would say that SPR made a good job for the Omaha Beach scenes
Actually, saving private ryan is seen as one of the most realistic portrayals of D-Day in film. What are you even talking about?
Higgins Boat implodes right at the start of the video "thats just a minor thing" -Diplex
not only the defenders were from vichy france but lots of them changed sides as soon as they could, and the ones that didn't had to fight the french resistance that was already behind them when the attack began, in most of the places where US troops landed the fight was already over
Looks like they where using italian tactics
Yes Diplex uploaded a Men of war video!

THE GULF WAR DO THE GULF BOI
Thanks for the inspiration to make war themed maps in farcry5 and MoW: assault squad 2.
Hey I have an alternate history scenario, about operation barbarossa but the British and Americans joining with the Germans. After Hitler convinces the Western allies that the communists were up to no good, the allies joins Hilter's Armies with one goal, to destroy the Soviets.

I have some idea, why not make some battle over the Algeria war for independance against France ?
Not many actual battles happened during that war, it was mainly anti inserruction operations.
I’m not sure how it is in this game but, I know there is at least one plane model. Maybe you could make a 2-10 min video about just dogfights if that’s possible
Your Dad called because you still haven't called back.... 😂
Love the D-day idea btw.
Pls do a video with the invasion of Vichy French and the Vichy French police
Yo diplex when is wasteland s2 coming out i mean i loved it also when you do make it have more unexspected things like ep1 and 2 thank you

The videos are great, keep it up!
Are you going to make the battle of El-Alamein? With all the minefields in that battle it would be interesting to see

The uniforms could go from modern day to a mix between modern and old wool uniforms to medieval style with modern webbing, etc
Can’t get enough of this
Warhammer 40k Horus heresy ultra marines and word bearers would be neat.
Can you do US Vs Venezuela Please

Ok how about the battle of dybbøl Denmark vs Prussia 1864.
Oooooo diplex what about modern/future/sci-fi one like the tyranids from 40k invade earth and it’s American soldiers and tanks fighting this new enemy. Or something like that blending universes together go outside the box be crazy.
Continue the series of the us marines that landed in france in your modern d-day invasion
I don't know if you could pull the assets for it, but like if Mexico did open up a front during WW1 on the Americans per the Zimmerman Telegram or like a battle with the US Army and Pancho Villa's forces that were going on in the 1900's before WW1. Just kinda a different idea.

Can you do a us army vs the cartel plz
Star wars vs warhammer 40k

Haven't watched the video yet, do you miss interfering in battles by controlling units? I know I was in the minority but I loved when you did scenarios and were a bigger proponent in it

I want to see a civil war battle of Gettysburg. Focusing on historical events like the 20th maine charge
Italy served a huge part in the defense
Barbary wars would be cool, if you can do that?
It's been mentioned before, but I will mention it again: Siege of Jadotville. Irish UN troops vs mercenary French Foreign Legion soldiers. If you haven't watched the movie on Netflix yet, you should.
mycket bra video
he deserves both the MOH and the PC for bravery in battle and being wounded or killed since i cant tell.
