  • J. Chase Davis talks at the 2024 New Christendom Press Conference about what happened to Acts 29, Together for the Gospel, and Young, Restless, and Reformed, and what we can learn about what failed with those movements. In turn, we can help protect the current movements from imploding or self destructing. He speaks from personal experience after getting removed from Acts 29 in a rather confusing saga in the life of his church.

Suppressing desent is like pretending you are healthy while you have worms. Some will make their exit and the remainder will slowly eat you away.

Sounds like these previous movements were built upon partiality.

Asssertion theology and Beliefism is on its way out.
    Science is in.
    So is mystical experience.
    But beliefs?
What is the point in other people dictating your thinking?

Getting kicked out of something is a traumatic experience but he and his church are better off out of MattChandlerWorld.
