    As a recovering SE, i can relate to the isolation and code switching, and I agree with the value of a found community of like-minded. I will say this, the burnout is real, and no amount of "understanding" from that community can help at that point. If you don't have a sense of worth outside of that title, the industry may consume you. Great video.

    When I went to college in jacksonville florida EWC two of my friends transferred to a Engineering school in Georgia tech I have my BA in business and masters in marketing. And I have a few online businesses on two investments and i am stressing because my investment hasn't paided us yet

    I’m experiencing so much burn out from being a Systems Engineer 😅 and my entire team is white men so I definitely don’t like to underperform.
