It will definitely never be the same if it sticks around. Part of the problem with the sale to a US interest,is that it is commonly thought that the algorithm will not be a part of the deal. This was a warning to all of us that create social media content. I actually posted a video on my channel discussing what we need to do as creators to diversify our reliance on these platforms. Although it was only TikTok this time, all the others can make random changes at any time.

as a small creator i found out this year people don't care for common sense or to understand one another. Which makes it even more funny, because everyone claimed they went to therapy. If you say one thing the group doesn't like they will turn on you, no matter how much sense it makes.

I feel that as long as the US has their hands on it they will find a way to not share the profits just like they did with meta ontop of the censorship

3:42 What's tough is not knowing what the actual censorship rules are. Sometimes I wish they'd just spell it out. Instead, you get a violation and are left to guess what was specifically wrong about it. Even the explanations they give you, don't always jive with the content, so you're left scratching your head.
