The embassador was not honest enough to explain and precise where exactly those mining sites are located in Rwanda.
Tonnes of the strategic mineral coltan are being extracted and exported illegally from mines owned by Edouard Mwangachuchu Hizi, who is currently in prison of Ndolo military court. Armed groups have been trafficking the mineral, allegedly with the complicity of the Rwandan gouvernement. We're giving Rwanda 5 years and how the mining sector of Rwanda is going to look like.

Rwanda has zero minerals. Period. However, they have a disciplined and focused leadership that does what most of the so-called developed world has been doing: looting from elsewhere to serve the common good of their people.

With minerals worth 150 billions? Where did you get them? But why Rwanda is still a poor country? Before Tshisekedi came to power, Rwanda was the world number one coltan producer, because Kagame was looting and stealing from Congo. But today, Rwanda is not even on coltan producers list, ever since Tshisekedi closed the borders.
