Before seeing the live performances. Very strange rule, because people outside Eurovision countries turn on the tv/streaming and think they can vote during the show, but sorry, too late. Put in your calender 1 day before the Semifinals start.

Truly believe this is an anthem for the feelings we went through last October, and every day that’s followed. Even without the politics, this song represents the best of Israel. We are ppl who have weathered several “storms”, and just want to hold onto each other and the hope for a better future.
As an Israeli, these are the values I hold onto most. Even in the chaos and darkness, there’s a glimmer of light, hold onto our love and we’ll persevere.
I’m not ever remotely interested in Eurovision or the music in general but after hearing all the discourse and negativity, I had to know why, and man am I glad I did. I’ve never cried or related so much to a song in my life but this one really did a number on me.
