I love the weightlessness of it. my smart home stuff seems to connect waaaay better. its a big learning curve with the small things. it feels like i have a powerhouse of a device and samsung just gave me a basket full of settings and said "do what you want with it"
Pretty much same I was an android user for a while my first iPhone was the 4 didn’t like it. At that time I also was limited to very very little storage think at the time it only had 16 or 32gb I was used to being able to install an SD card to expand my storage couldn’t get that with the 4 so that was a bummer for me then went back to android for a while had the note 10+ switched to the iPhone 13 Pro Max and didn’t like it but it’s been an improvement from wat Apple once was just bought my z fold 5 and im in love with it still using my 13 pro max as well tho as my main going out phone but I love the freedom and amount of customization my fold offers
Eh. Android is for users that want the freedom to customize everything and play around. I phones are for people that need to be told what to do and and can't think for themselves. 😂

we can use an app like localsend to transfer files across any device. apple is intentionally limiting features to its products and calling it an ecosystem which a third party app could resolve. we can be little more smart to not let these companies decide what product we should use.
I would say that was a pretty fair assesment of someone switching to Samsung right out of the box. What I would say that where Samsung excels is the ability to further customize your expereince using the device by granting you access to a ton of features and options that allow you to make your device truly yours. A lot of the "bugs" you experienced are reandom and not normal... I have been using samsung for years and never had any of those things happen. Quality on posting on social media is just a setting away...but you probably werent aware of that. However you did say Iphone comes out the box to be intuitive and setup to the best possible way to use the phone, while samsung allows you to customize those things. The difference is how much control and features you want (Samsung) vs seamless usage without being able to customize as much. Samsung is overwhelming for people who just want...simple. I read that Samsung users are more critcal thinkers while Iphone are more go with the flow of society norms type people. Anyway as a Samsung user I appreciate the video and the fairness of it.

Good points, but a lot of people don't want to critically think about their phones. Most people want good cameras and seamless communication with their friends and family.
I use the 20x-100x zoom daily to just be able to see things better or read from far away. Mad useful as a utility, even if it doesn't really make sense for content creation.

Moved to s24u after 14pro max, the best iPhone to date. Going to hold onto this one until the 2025 chipsets and flagships. Tech is pretty stagnant until then. Best of both worlds.

I recently switched from iPhone to Galaxy S24 Plus and I think that the people that are around you plays a big role in it. I know it really doesnt matter but when everyone around you has iPhone and you are the only one on android, you start to miss social features that Apple uses on their phones only. My wife has to send me videos on WhatsApp since the quality is bad bc of RCS. I have to use a separate app for Facetime calls. Everyone around me had to download a separate app for me just to facetime me. It was annoying for sure. They didnt like sending me a facetime link. The phone itself is amazing but the apple ecosystem plus with everyone around me using iPhone, I will switch back because although i love android. iPhone to iPhone communication is just so good. If more people had Samsung, it wouldnt be a problem. Apple is just so good in the United States.
I both android and iOS and love both platforms equally. I currently own the the iPhone 13 Pro Max and the Google Pixel 7 Pro. I don’t want to shell another 1300-1500 bucks on this phone to replace the Pixel 7 Pro. The Pixel 7 Pro is just doing well for my everyday uses from battery life to camera to snappy performance even though still the Galaxy S24 Ultra is better in ways. That being said, The Galaxy S24 Ultra is super alluring and very strong against my resistance to buy one.

I've owned 7 android phones between 2010-2023. 6 of those phones were Samsung. HTC EVO4G was my first phone, then I got the s3, s5, s7, s8 plus, s10 plus and s22 ultra. Sold the s22 ultra less than a year after I got it and bought the 14 pro max and have not looked back. The s10 plus and s22 ultra I kept having issues with the fingerprint reader and face id thing. Never could get those to work right with me no matter how many times I reset it. I seems like there are still issues with this s24. I have zero plans of going back to Samsung. I might get another android phone as a backup. Maybe a motorola or even the oneplus phones. anyway, I still enjoy watching videos like these even though I don't like samsung anymore.
Love my s10+….just broke the screen last week…now I got this thing…wayyyy more phone then I need…I really liked my s10+ and wouldn’t have switched until it had died of “natural causes”😂
I switched back and forth between Samsung and iPhone for awhile, mostly because it was a lot easier when carriers offered switcher programs to buy out your phone and get the new one. But I stopped with Samsung with the S10+, sold it to my roommate and got the iPhone 11 and had every iPhone and now with the 15 pro max. After the launch of the 16, I’m now debating if I would enjoy the s24 ultra since it’s been awhile since I’ve had a Samsung and now that the screen is flat instead of rounded.

Well it’s impossible for me to have lied about tap to pay when I showed yall in realtime that it didn’t work initially. However, after that initial experience it worked pretty flawlessly and I really enjoyed that it worked automatically without needed to press any buttons like iPhone.
Here's a trick to get video from Android phones to look good on social media: take the video with the native camera app then upload the video it creates as a separate file to IG. That way the phone uses it's native camera settings instead of relying on Android piss-poor camera API access

After the launch of the 16, I’m now debating if I would enjoy the s24 ultra since it’s been awhile since I’ve had a Samsung and now that the screen is flat instead of rounded.

Well it’s impossible for me to have lied about tap to pay when I showed yall in realtime that it didn’t work initially. However, after that initial experience it worked pretty flawlessly and I really enjoyed that it worked automatically without needed to press any buttons like iPhone.
AirDroid is good for transferring files from iPhone to Android phones.

Here's a trick to get video from Android phones to look good on social media: take the video with the native camera app then upload the video it creates as a separate file to IG. That way the phone uses it's native camera settings instead of relying on Android piss-poor camera API access
