    i think it`s super important what Drew said in the end, basically you have to specialise in 2 or 3 things and master them, , like if you have the three and D on elite level, and have only that in your game, you will still have a job on any NBA team. Same for us in life, we have to find the one thing that we can do best, work on that super hard, instead of focus on on your weaknesses and trying to catch up with others, take your strenth, get it to elite level and seperate yourself from the rest

  • @carrastealth
    @carrastealth 7 лет назад +10

    3:07 I hope the next thing Drew teaches Clarkson is working on proper defensive stance. Clarkson in a way is at a disadvantage from the get go if that defensive stance of his remains as it is. We saw it years ago in his one on one's with Bradey Beal, it's still there. Hopefully he finally works on it, but I've been hoping for that for a few seasons now.

    • @MrRetroswag
      @MrRetroswag 7 лет назад +1

      Your talking like they were supposed to be playing Defense. Did anyone get a stop in this video, no. And nothing is wrong with his stance in the first place, he's opening up like that so he can bait the player into going that direction. Its easier to stop somebody if you know what side their going to. Plus in 5-on-5 he would just be funneling Oubre into a trap or congested area.

    • @MrRetroswag
      @MrRetroswag 7 лет назад +10

      Also clarkson is a much better defender than most of our young players. D'angelo was the one who couldn't stay in front of people. Clarkson is a average defender

    • @Kid82fy
      @Kid82fy 7 лет назад +1

      David Douglas you talking like they showed the full video. Did they show defensive stops and and misses? No. And nothing wrong with critiquing someone's game. You might not see what others see bruh

    Having big hands is such a huge advantage. When you dribble and the ball comes up while your hand is on the side of the ball, this gives you so many options since you can hold it for a sec or change directions without carrying. Such as 2:44 and 3:14.
