A doctor’s breast feeding journey

As a doctor I have had the knowledge of and access to the best of information and services when my child was born. But nothing was close to experiencing motherhood first hand! Breast feeding, which starts within the first hour at birth, is a magical exercise of bonding and lifelong health to both the baby and the mother! In this video I have listed just a few ways breast feeding is beneficial to us! With community support, breast feeding mothers and breastfed children can gain so much more than I can put in words.
