I had stiffness in my knees and pain in my back for 3 months. I finally went to the herb shop and got burdock toot and drink it as a tea and in about 2 hours I felt no pain. It's definitely the real deal❤
Mixed some chopped burdock root in a blender with frozen dragonfruit, passionfruit, 1 teaspoon of seamoss, and freshly made cashewmilk, into a morning smoothy. Delicious & filling. Seeing improvements in skin, and energy levels.
"Ask your Dr." is like asking a person that ONLY does wigs & fake hair....about REAL HAIR. MOST times they don't know 💩. Because their focus & knowledge is helpful when dealing with unnatural things. I've "asked" over the years & they most often DONT HAVE A CLUE, are NOT concerned, advise against it all together to avoid any possible "interactions" that they aren't prithee to, or they $ay $top (don't)because you then womt need them.
Generally speaking I suspect most doctors aren't focused on curing anything as much as they are patching symptoms. They'll fix your broken bones and do surgical interventions and likely can keep you from dying from many injuries but curing disease doesn't make them as much money as selling you pharmaceuticals to keep symptoms at bay.
I accidentally juiced too much burdock root and it immediately expunged all the mucus from my lungs and felt so good.😊 but I wouldn’t surprise myself again.
I used burdock for energy pre workout you can feel it within 30 minutes or so after taking it. It last for a few hours and wear off so it's a good one for that. I used the Swanson Full Spectrum Burdock Root Capsules. It feels like a stimulant and I like it for the energy.
I juice it and use the pulp to make tea or add it to cooking. Sometimes I buy dried. But I prefer fresh. It's very easy for me to find here in Florida.
Yea bro I take it in a tea bag form, along with either green or ginger tea, pretty good taste. Not at all how I thought it would taste since it looked like chopped up branches...lol
I placed raw (real) honey in my cup of hot tea. One cup at night before bed. It smells/tastes like sunflower seed shells. I like so far! And truly believe if continue taking one cup at night before bed I'll see and feel it's many benefits.❤
Added this to the long list of holistic healing Iv been doing havnt even had a cold since I started, I used to get sick all the time… I found a local shop that is like herb heaven can’t wait to see what this does
I use burdock root I get the fresh fruit and I juice it and drink it in the morning before I eat or drink anything usually about a shot if you want to help with the taste, adding Asian pair helps you can also use the pope after juicing to make into a powder
I just took for first time today. Getting right side pain. But read after that it's like diuretic and if dehydrated will dehydrate you more and so I started drinking lots of water. I feel running sinus. When I took detox drops in past they did the same. So, feels like it might be clearing things out. I was getting raspy throat from allergies. I'm going to take like 2 times a week for now. Oh, and I have gallstones and it's supposed to help with the bile. So, I'm hopeful it will help in that aspect.
Can we drink burdock tea everyday, I don't mean for a temporary length of time. I mean permanently like for years to come kind of like how people drink regular tea everyday for the rest of their life
I made a lemonade with it 1/2 gal Spring water 4 whole lemons(don't peel) 3 inch piece burdock root 2 oz sea moss gel I love lemon so I only used 1 oz of raw honey, you may add more. I didn't strain it. Like I said I love lemon 🍋. If you are vegan you can substitute honey for raw agave.
I'm a bit late here, but you should boil any plant root for tea. Steeping is only good for leaves or flowers. It's much harder to extract from a root, so boiling is needed to make a tea strong enough for benefits. People report different times, but usually I boil roots for about 20 mins.
Recently started drinking it,specifically for iron. I researched that it also can be an aphrodisiac. I’d say I’m feeling that, but annoyed by it because I practice no fap.
Dandelion root is used to promote bile secretions. I would advice anyone who has gall stones to be careful with it. May be start with a small amount and watch your body for any sign of distress. Neither herb will make you jump out of your skin like coffee does, and it has way more health benefits than coffee. (Coffee is a heavily sprayed crop and is roasted as well, which is not healthy)

Well, basically burdock root delivers a 1-2-3 knockout punch all in one serving. I juiced it w/ ginger and Asian pear and whew! It was the truth, yo. Don't you dare go nowhere 'cause you gon need to be in the house pretty much all day. Whew!
Hope you all find this video useful!

Me and my wife take it...since she has been drinking the tea her blood pressure has been excellent

It’s really just a disclaimer lol. The doctors are now making RUclips videos and becoming influencers now.

What’s your recipe??
Oh goodness I’ve done that with mullein and was not expecting that 😂
Some say that Burdock mainly as liver helper is real reason skin becomes healthier.
Adding burdock root to sea moss. The taste is really different but the benefits are fantastic 👌🏽
If you blend it juice then and add Asian pears, the taste is great.
I been using it for years in capsule very good 😊👍
I LOVEEE burdock roots, helped me so much with my skincare (acne) cleansing my blood. I love your videos, you inspire me #newsubbie. 😁

You can’t trust your doctor
Yeah they are just glorified drug dealers
You better not 🚫

Thank You, Not taking Burdock with aspirin was of particular interest to me.
What kind of tea cup was that?
I recently has a horrible skin reaction to burdock root. I know I'm not the only one. Apparently, it contains ragweed.
Very informative thank you
I really like that tea infuser. Does anybody know the brand or where I can get it from?
Here you go!

Thank you for the tip
I take fresh burdock root and make shots with it. I mix green apples & other veggies.
Put stevia in your tea. It makes all tea taste better. I prefer granular stevia and make sure it's not cut with dextrose
Tea is meant to be drank as is...no additives.

I drink it everyday about 5 cup during 3 months. Using Korean burdock tea. Burdock in video looks strange for me
I made a lemonade with it
1/2 gal Spring water
4 whole lemons(don't peel)
3 inch piece burdock root
2 oz sea moss gel

@Lexi Mohamed black seed oil and oregano oil is good for this
I jus started using it with seamoss
Grows wild in my backyard
Grind it up and add it to your skin with castor oil or coconut add a teaspoon of vodka for absorption, did you like that?
It’s taking away my back pain away
You’re supposed to heat it on the stove and keep a lid on it, if you don’t some of the benefits escape in the air

It’s great for thyroid as well.

That seems to be recommended for hyperthyroidism, so it may not help with hypothyroidism.
Guys! Mixed Burdock & Dandelion roots WAY BETTER THAN COFFEE. Depending on how healthy and unhealthy you are you’ll see benefits fast
For taste? Coffee wakes you up. Makes the heart beat go 100 mph whike sitting. What does burdcok and dandelion do? Btw does it dehydrate
Thank you that was my question. I was wondering if I could take burdock and dandelions at the same time.
