I just came across this video today. I really love your story. Such a beautiful couple too. My story is a little similar to yours. I started hellotalk to practice my Japanese and make friends for my trip to Japan. I met my fiancé on hellotalk. After being in Japan for a couple of weeks he asked me out on a date. And we pretty much became serious that week lol.

@@roamwithromy I lived in Korea 4 years, it was hard to adjust to a different culture, different language, different civilization, I am French-Vietnamese , born in Indochine Francaise, and married to a Korean lady, but again like you I met a person that is willing to share a future w me, in the end Love overcome all obstacles.

I’m in a similar position right now and hoping to go to university next year as a mature student (which involves a year in Japan). Just want to be single for a while and focus on my education so I can level up for the rest of my 20s 😃
I’m happy that I didn’t bore anyone with our story 😂. I quit my job at 28 and moved to Korea at 31. Moving abroad as a mature student has so many benefits. I’m going to make a video about this topic soon. Yes to leveling up!! I promise that you won’t regret investing in yourself ♥️

I also met my now husband when I was 35 and we are also inter racial. I have the best husband the one good thing about marrying at a later age is we know what’s out there and we tend to appreciate our partner more than a younger person. Be happy ..I always say I wish my single friend can find a husband like mine

Lucky that Yah did that for you and how everything and life work out for you and everybody else's life I watch on youtube. Nothing happens in my life and I have been single since birth. I'm still single at 31. 😞 I tried to move to work or study in Japan for 16 years and no doors open for me. I never win scholarships. Thanks to autism, I can't pass any interviews. Other stuff come up where I can't move forward in the process. I'm always rejected. I can speak Japanese but can't use it and forgot most of it. No job will hire me because of my autism and I have severe anxiety. I got lucky with a job I have as a character performer and put on shows at a theme park because I had to draw out my answers and have fun. I have a degree in filmmaking, animation and East Asian studies focusing on Japanese language and culture. A child hood dream was to move to Japan to work in the animation industry. Can't use my degree. Can't go no where and do nothing. I have no friends. Still live at home with parents. I'm so behind in life, my life suck. Suck so much that I strangled myself a few weeks ago but anxiety and panic attack kick in that forced me to released my hands from my neck. I will never do that again. All I can think about is what my IEP teachers told my parents not to expect much from me after high school, not go far in life and to always be dependant on my parent's. I don't know why I am here. I don't know my purpose anymore.
Praying for doors to open for you soon 🙏🏾One thing I will say is that it may feel like you’re behind but trust on God’s timing even in the midst of the unknown.
From your write-up I see how beautiful you truly are. It is a waste for those who chose not to be friends with you because you are God's gift to not just your parents but the world. You have a lot to offer and God has a plan and purpose for you.

I love this story. I think for myself my fear isn't in waiting for love but I worry that the rapture will happen before I do find said love lol even though heaven is of course better than anything I really want to experience that relationship with the guy that God has for me if that makes any sense. BTW I'm 17 and I know that that's kinda young to be thinking about that stuff but it's always on my mind.
I used to think the same way and the rapture never came 😩. Don’t count your age out. You should still think about the type of man that you want to be your boyfriend/husband because having a visualization of it can help you to avoid making poor choices. My advice would be focus on God and your purpose but also continue to build yourself to be the person that you want to attract in the future ♥️.

I think many Christian ladies think like this, I can relate. My friends whenever something bad would almost happen would cry out and say my God not before I get married. They are all married now. I am the only one who is left and I have come to the conclusion that whichever one comes first then I will accept it. I know heaven is good but I want to get married though.
