In my bbq we do some with beer and some with just salt. We also give my 8 year old cousin beer. My mom makes salsa that's not hot. But I make my Habenero salsa. I don't want to clean the grill, but my mom tells me to go do it. But I use the Brussels then the onion. Basically this video sums it up.
