Her best chance is the DA offering a plea deal. I don’t think they will. There’s way too much evidence and what she did was just evil. I’ll have to agree with the Lawyer on this one. It is not American to prevent this woman to apply to a college at this point. She has not been convicted of anything yet. Hopefully the truth will unfold in time and then actions can be taken…. But for now, the law claims innocent until proven guilty……

You obviously haven't watched any of hospital videos otherwise you wouldn't be saying such bewildering things. It's well beyond whether she's guilty or not, it's how much time she'll be serving now. And with being charged with first degree murder which in her state is either life without parole or 30 years before she'd be able to apply for one.
