@Avocado Milk yup2, I agree. But for the bereaved, 3 years is rather short. It’s mostly the outsiders who would feel that a long time has passed. Although, this feeling is rather subjective. 😅 it really depends on what one feels which was satisfyingly depicted in the series. For the Ajummas and the Mom, she’s been widowed for a long time, but for Sunwoo, he felt that it’s still early to move on from his Dad. In fact, he still talks to him, albeit imaginarily, when he’s alone.
I will always find it unfair that Ko Kyung Pyo didn't receive Baeksang for the role of Sun Woo, he was the best new actor in Reply 1988. Unfortunately the award says more fame of the other character, than talent.
