Wow, that dragon book sounds very interesting with all the ways the dragon’s die and that first book sounds a bit gross to read…LOL That sneeze kills me…LOL ❤
It sounds like nghi vo is a great author and I have the first book in that cycle on my tbr so I need to hurry up and get to it. I work for the publishing house that published James and I agree we were robbed 😅 even though I am biased. Glad to hear the fire borneblade was such a good read.
I loved Orbital. Really liked it. Found it meditative and quite beautiful at times. I loved the language and imagery and mood. Its the first Booker prize winning novel I've read since Hilary Mantel. I dropped out of literary fiction for a while finding it too much but I liked this.
Dragons: My daughter loves dragons so when we got the chance to go to the Renaissance Faire she was mortified when a woman placed a "Dragon Slayer" sticker on her outfit. I'm currently reading Human Acts (Han Kang), Before the Coffee Gets Cold (Toshikazu Kawaguchi) and Motherthing (Ainslie Hogarth). #LuckyMosquito #AdjustingTheGirls
Kitties, going out for food, good book reviews, bugs vs boobs, the cutest sneezing EVER; ladies and gentlemen I give you Chanel. As far as dragons go I like to recommended Song of the Beast by Carol Berg.

Yep - it was an interesting read - would make a good tv show
The first book was awful - do not recommend

I still can’t believe orbital won…
when you sneeze its like a portal opens, and a little mouse takes possession of your body.
Hahahahaha I can see that

I can see why you enjoyed it. It’s def a book where you can just float in the beautiful language.

@@Tetsujin-28 aw poor thing! Dragon handler or rider would have been a better title.
Hope you enjoy those books!
