I was hoping that was the song she was reacting to! Another gem is their song "Baptize the Beat", the song they did for the "Beat Street" soundtrack, when everybody was trying to break dance...
This proves that great music needs to come back. The younger generation feel its power because it had soul 100%. Also the parts in this tracks has character. Listen closly to its baseline and melody, it speaks to the soul as if the notes are talking, go and closly listen to the baseline in particular its tells a story all by its self.
The System was a very underrated group but was so phenomenal they also wrote the theme song for Coming 2 America Same Title Eddie Murphy Check it out you in yo bag 💼

YAAAAAS niece. Thank you for reacting to "Don't disturb this groove". Loved, love, love the vibe/mood of this bop . I had 6:55 a crush on the lead singer (in the day). Girlfriend, I am a 62 yr. young African American grandma, born and raised in Oklahoma. Dem tight jeans, cowboy boots, and that tight a**.........I 👀 you boy. 🖤🖤🖤🤎🤎🤎
You Are In My System is another great song by them imo. Will you please react to it and will you also please react to Keep Tryin by Groove Theory? Great reaction!
very packed with electronic sounds , this music makes no sense to me. The idea of the song would not even be so bad but the production has exaggerated it a bit. Greetings from Heidelberg / Germany
This was an '80's sound (synth-pop) that most groups had back in the'80's. Even those groups that where from across the pond aka Europe. Good soulful vibes🔥
I actually think that was a perfect balance of electronic sounds, which like someone else said was the thing at the time. For good or for bad, music just gravitated towards that around that time. Never really stopped really. I do prefer more live instruments, but some acts got it right.
It was the 80’s .. this song is fire. Listen to more 80’s songs and you see this was the production of a lot of songs. Just different vibes it doesn’t have be your thing or make sense. Sometimes you just have go with vibes 🎶

It was 1987. The System's USP was using electronic instruments!
This was an '80's sound (synth-pop) that most groups had back in the'80's. Even those groups that where from across the pond aka Europe. Good soulful vibes🔥
