It's true. My mother was born in Uganda but they moved to Kenya in 1979 during some war. They settled in Western Kenya.

Luanda is a small town, neighboring my hometown called Maseno. Maseno to Kisumu city is about 26 kilometers

A law was passed that any road being constructed in Kenya along an urban center,there must be a pavement for pedestrians to walk
This is possible bcoz Kenya has varsity land and government can use it to do their developments. In Uganda it's a challenge, and when government tries to do it , opposition will be there to oppose it

Express shuttles don't always do between major towns but there is enough regional services that do town to town services. You just have to select the right one to avoid wasting time if you are going far...

You couldn't have used Bungoma classic shuttle, they have way better vehicle that are comfortable they also use a shorter and better route (bungoma - webuye- kitale)
Bungoma, Kimilli Kitale is shorter, check your map, why go back to Webuye then drive up to Kitale?
