Of course, Canada folded. Attempting to deflect from their surrender, these excuses are now popping up. Funny how they were never heard before Canada gave in. That's fine. No one ever expected Canada to do otherwise than to submit.

@@geraldvelez597 Really, how did Canada fold? they announced the same policies that have been in effect since 2014 except for a fentanyl Czar? And like 1% of Fentanyl comes from Canada, and 1% of Illegals. So why is Trump attacking Canada? What has Canada ever done to the states? Trump says the US protects Canada; my question is from Whom? Canada has never been attacked. Any war we have gone to was to Protect US interests. The only threat to Canada is Russia, and they are being decimated by Ukraine. So I can't see them trying that on Canada. So what is Trumps beef with Canada? I have one question is it because of those pictures of Melania staring at Trudeau with love in her eyes?

Total fentanyl from Canada: 44lbs in 2022.
Have you been to the US/Canada border? You could put millions of patrols and it would have 0% effect. The US could control the number of guns your criminals smuggle into Canada. It is not Canada's fault the US has a drug problem.
WOW Canada patrols its border to stop the non existant flood of migrants to the US. Big win USA.

as a Canadian I am deeply offended by this editorial by Julia…..PM Trudeau got a bit of a reprieve by agreeing to what had already been agreed to weeks ago…the important thing is that PM Trudeau didn’t cave, nor did the Premiers of other provinces, right away our comeback was that of tariffs of our own followed by sanctions on American goods announced by individual provinces and even more importantly to me, a reminder of what kind of neighbour Canada has always been to the US…that of a good and loyal friend…. in every conceivable time of need, we were there…..the UK continues to celebrate Mr. Trump for his “art of the deal” leadership but trust me, if you aren’t an American you are a dispensable commodity to him; you’ll be out in the cold too…and speaking of cold, I live in a country where like this morning when II got up, it was 32 degrees below zero…maybe we are a small and relatively quiet population but we are tough, capable, resilient and stand for decency and loyalty….so have some respect Julia Hartley- Brewer
