Oh my god, Boris! This is awesome! Every aspect of it. Knight setting up light. Gold-breathing dragon. Real economics. All mages and pie-romancer. Mathemagicians approach to everything. This is really pure gold! Even the voice acting!
This was quite possibly one of the funniest non-adult-humor animated pilots I've ever seen. Everything here is incredibly funny, creative, and it is one of those rare cases where something D&D-esque is made funny yet still feels like something nerdy and enjoyable. From conception to release this took about six months. Now that I have the characters established, if I make the episodes around ten minutes long, and if I reuse (a lot) of resources like backgrounds then I think I could get episodes out one every three months or so, and that's without hiring assistance like background artists.
