The story was told right, but there are issues with the animation. Hittite Chariots had 4 wheels. Both sides had more than one man on them. You cannot drive a chariot and fire a bow at the same time. Egyptians did not usually charge into the enemy ranks but fired and wheeled around and kept that up. There were no Greek chariots in the battle has shown the Hittites using in the animation. Other than that, good story telling.
Notes: Ramses II wanted to regain the territory of Egypt to get back to its former glory. The Hittites didn't like this so they made their own army to counter the Egyptians, who were headed towards their land. Two captured Hittite spies lied to the army and told them the Hittites were really far away, so the Eyptians set up camp. Then, they were surprised attacked, and Egypt was caught off guard. So basically, the Egyptian army ended up being broken apart by the Hittite army, and Ramses was even said to have been all alone with no troops around him to defend him. Despite this, he somehow made it through the thick of the counter-army, making it back to his troops. Then, the Hittities assumed they had won the war, and began looting the encampments. While they were doing this, pharaoh and his army caught THEM off guard and defeated them. Rameses actually fought in the battle with the troops, He is the same ramses as from the story of moses from the bible, (Include whether this was before or after), and the weapons used include wooden and metal shields, horses, chariots, swords, armor.
