I have never been a person to decorate for the seasons except Christmas, but you little additions to your beautiful home really make a difference. You show that you don't have to go overboard to make a difference. By the way you looked incredible in that dress and your voice is stunning.
Honestly, the mugs and blankets of the season are probably my fave -- I think because they say, cuddle up and warm yourself with a tasty drink. It's just soothing. Your coffee station is always so cute! Also, yes, we NEED to see that dress -- black and white with little pictures on it?! What?!!! Go A+F!
Can't believe concert season is coming around again. Your enthusiasm is palpable. Same for your seasonal swaps. I get it. I'm starting to change out my throw pillow covers, bring out the throws, put a plush new slipcover on one chair to winterize and cozy it up, and changing up my bedding as well. It doesn't take much to make me happy and these transitional touches help me ease into the months ahead with a bit more enthusiasm of my own. I've cut back on small, decorator items on flat surfaces for one reason: dusting. It's not in my skill set so anything I can do to reduce moving and shuffling little things around works for me at this point. So, I'll simply enjoy your treasures with you instead! But, oh, the idea of a seasonal coffee in one of those mugs.... Looking forward to Vlogtober again; it's a lovely time of year in the city. Thanks for sharing it with us, Kay.
I really enjoy your vlogs a great deal. You’re such an interesting person with a mature approach to life. Clover is a sweetie. Thank you for sharing portions of your life and your music.
It might be the adulthood finally kicking in, but watching you decorate is motivating me to decorate my space too. I've never been a fall person either (there's not a lot of Fall vibes in LA), but I'm feeling very pumpkin-y! Love those mugs!
Totally feel the memories! My old school of music is getting a brand new building, so I walked all around the old building before they tear it down. It's wild how many memories those places hold!
It’s so nice to hear you talk about a part of your job that you can enjoy freely with your friends. I love to hear little snippets of you singing. I protest summer every year and summon fall as soon as it begins. Never spooky vibes though. Your fall decorations and coffee nook look nice.
Oh Kay all your dress choices are so beautiful! It was so fun seeing decor from last year make a re-apareance 😂 I won't lie, I also got the fuzzy feelings seeing some and thinking ''I wonder if the apple basket and the pear mug will come back''😅 Looking forward to all the music bits and the vlogs!
Yeah, we RUclipsrs gotta start ahead of time when it comes to decorating. Myself I just finished making homemade pot holders and coasters for the spooky season and already a few of my customers have asked about Christmas, and at the time I hadn't even thought about it, so I was like Reasearch! I love subtle fall vibes. It sure is nice to like Halloween, but there's nothing wrong with just enjoying the fall in itself. I got my fiance this cute little mushroom knicknack for his desk, and even though it's super basic, it's just so cute and charming. I love finding things like that. *Gives Clover many pets* He's such a good boy!
My hubby was born and raised in Salem (we just moved back to Salem a little over 2 years ago!), and he sang with Cantata Singers (and the John Oliver Chorale, and at Emmanuel Church) before he went to Grad School. This must have been back in the 80s. When he was teaching at SUNY-New Paltz (in New York) he and I had a vocal ensemble called Kairos (he was artistic director), and we did the Monteverdi Vespers back in 2010. It's a spectacular piece and so much fun to sing - one of my absolute favorite choral works of all time!! We will definitely make every attempt to come and see your concert - it's in late October, right?
it is crazy to go back to your old college! though when I'd go back it was a "whoa, that wasn't a building when we were here, right?" haha, but it being in FL I won't be returning to campus again.
The first time I’ve heard you sing! I’m in awe of your beautiful, expressive voice.
Love the decorations and enjoyed your singing.

Decorations look great Kay! And your recording session looked and sounded fabulous ❤❤
The color of your robe looks fantastic on you!

If the ending song is the cantata singers, then it makes sense why you love to sing with them. Very beautiful
I'm getting married in a month in the Berkshires so I am living for your fall content 🤎🧡💛

Luv all the Fall decor. 😻🍄🍂
the pampas grass just made me think of your dream home decorator series!
❤ 👗 🏫. 🥰 Fall decorations. I especially ❤ 🎶 that was played while decorating.

Beautiful. Many blessings to you . Continue to do what you love just for the love of it.
I'm so happy that we're in Cozy Kay season 😍
Love your videos! Your fall decor is all so pretty and cozy. Where did you find your coffee bar shelves with the mug hooks? I think I need these.

What is the eyeshadow that you are wearing? (When wearing the blue dress)
My Christmas tree goes up the day after Halloween. I want to enjoy the holidays from October through February 2025.
I'm going to home goods
You know what I found out to be disgusting? My toilet tank, is just nasty.
