You should set the colour with a mix if white and warm light . I think the rgb leds do not consume full power when all the color modules are on simultaneously.

Not a big issue. There is a huge difference between rgb bulb and normal white light.
Watts rating is overall power consumption, not to be assumed for each LED inside the bulb.
When all three LEDs of RGB colors are at full intensity, only then white light can be produced. So, technically other colors are produced only by variably reducing the intensity of individual LEDs of RGB colors.
