- The house at 1026 N. Beckley Avenue in the Oak Cliff section of Dallas, Texas was the temporary residence of Lee Harvey Oswald at the time of the assassination of United States President John F. Kennedy. Oswald rented a room at this house for $8 a week, beginning October 14, 1963, under the name O.H. Lee. The building is located approximately 2 miles from the Texas School Book Depository, where Oswald began working on October 16.
Gladys Johnson was always annoyed she never got her sheets back from the police investigation.
She was one of the inconvenient Witnesses. She stated a police patrol car #107 stopped in front of the house on Nov 22nd, and honked the horn twice, moments after he arrived.

That was the Police car that dropped him off at the Theater. Tippet was killed at 1:06 in the Afternoon. Oswald left the Rooming house at 1;00 pm.

Still waiting for you to explain why Tippit needed to use a public phone at the Top Ten Record store 15 minutes after the Assassination when he had a RADIO IN HIS POLICE CAR? On the most important day in Dallas History, a cop who is presumably looking for the killer has to make a private call. and 15 minutes later he is dead. That doesn't give you pause?
“Mannerly...tidy...better educated than most...spoke good English... took care of his own business... spoke Russian... “ This is in sharp contrast to the way Lee was portrayed in the press. Lee’s mother Marguerite said he was a hero and that he was on a mission for the US Government.

Well, Marina his wife. Or someone in the WHITE RUSSIAN community in Dallas like George DeMohrenschildt. These were people who were thrown out of Russia and Eastern Europe in 1918. There was also a new crop of Russians and Eastern Europeans that were here in the US. Nazi collaborators brought over in the late 1940’s and 1950’s by the Office of Policy Coordination in the Department of State. Lee’s mother Marguerite said she thought the people responsible for JFK’s assassination and for framing Lee were in the Department of State. The CIA was right next door, across 23rd Street NW on NAVY HILL which is off limits to the public. A very old historic piece of high ground, set aside in L’Enfant’s 1792 design of Washington City. It’s being preserved and looked after by the OSS Society. Navy Hill was originally called Potomac Hill, then Observatory Hill because of the giant telescope that was put there in the 1840’s.

Oswald shot nobody. I read somewhere that Oswald was suppose to meet somebody inside the Depository
, but they never showed. It was being assured that Oswald was in the Depository building during the assassination. When Oswald found out that Kennedy had been shot he panicked and went back to the boarding house to get his revolver. If Oswald started the day knowing he was going to shoot the President surely he would've taken the revolver.with him. Tippet could've been a sacrificial lamb to blamie Oswald. I've come to a conclusion that the real mystery about the assassination is who and what was Oswald about. As far as WHO AND WHY is simple. During that era communism was thought as dangerous and a rabid dog.. Kennedy signed his death warrant whem he announced that the U. S. would be moving out of Vietnam leaving all the region vulnerable to communist expansion. The second reason is when Kennedy did not provide air support during a failed Cuban invasion leaving the communists in place. CIA warlords came to a conclusion that Kennedy' is dangerous to the country. Kennedy's actions promote communist expansion. The CIA eliminated Kennedy as a patriotic executive action and be replaced immediately. As soon as LBJ took over every thing Kennedy was working on were reversed. Wars and conflicts generate Billions of dollars and it's good for the economy. With Kennedy replaced everything went back to normal.
They were all playing spies and counter-spies then too - the era of James Bond and Get Smart - with elaborate schemes such as placing Oswald in the TSBD weeks before in Dealey Plaza the chosen kill zone.
"I read somewhere..." Since Oswald "shot nobody" you will now no doubt explain how the people framing him could possibly have known:
- he would show up unexpectedly at the Paine house Nov.21, otherwise they can't pretend he smuggled the rifle Nov. 22
- nobody would ever find any bullets or fragments that don't match to his rifle
- he would immediately flee the plaza
- an imposter who looks so much like him he is guaranteed to fool the nearly dozen Oak Cliff witnesses who ID Oswald needs to be hanging around 10th and Patton
- there is ANY logic or point in attacking a cop on a public street since Oswald is already being sought anyway and if anything goes wrong in Oak Cliff they will just end up confirming a conspiracy exists
- Officer Tippit won't simply outdraw and capture his attacker, blowing the whole plot
- Oswald will be caught red-handed trying to shoot a second cop
- Oswald will fight so violently 3 officers will be injured just disarming him
- Oswald will lie to police
- Oswald will refuse to cooperate with any investigator
- Oswald will turn down help from the President of the Dallas Bar Association
- Oswald will act so smug he'll even convince his own brother he is guilty
- Oswald will never make any attempt to blow any conspiracy to anybody
- Oswald will just shrug a hollow & rambling reply when asked on live TV, "Did you shoot the President?"
- the Dallas PD will be on board for the successful escape from justice of the "real killers" of a brother officer with a wife and 3 children
- they can safely approach scores and scores of witnesses, police, FBI, Secret Service, Oswald family members, ballistics experts, doctors, x-ray technicians, photographers, whole commissions, etc., and persuade them all to obey illegal orders to assist a coup and bend over backwards making themselves all eternally loyal accessories to murder and treason...

Oh, and you seem completely unaware Oswald hadn't been home to his room (where his revolver was kept) since the previous day, having shown up unexpectedly at the Paine house (where his rifle was) and made a failed last attempt at a reconciliation with his estranged wife, and no doubt didn't want to arrive there packing a gun.

Wow. Thanks for this. This interview must have been done on the 22nd or 23rd of November. By "past weekend" she meant Nov. 16th and 17th. The agents must have collected all of Oswald's belonging on the day of the assassination. Why would Oswald want to (or need to) spend the last weekend before the assassination in his tiny lodgings!?
So, evidently he didn't have access to his rifle since Nov. 10th, long before the motorcade route was published, and probably before the Trade Mart was publicly known as the destination of the motorcade - the "Market Hall" and the "Women's Building" being the other options.
I'm assuming that Oswald knew Dallas well enough to understand that any presidential motorcade would want to go down Main Street.
Would Oswald's change in routine have been a reason for Marina or the Paines to suspect any connection to his propensity to try to assassinate well-known personalities? I think Marina knew about the "Walker shooting", as surely would Ruth Paine. Oswald's behaviour could clearly he understood by anyone knowing that the president was going to pass through Dealey Plaza on Nov. 22, and the fact that Oswald had a rifle, had committed an assassination attempt on General Walker, and was working in a building overlooking the motorcade route.
So, what could it mean if Marina knew that something was very different, if Ruth Paine knew, if George de Mohrenshildt knew, because he knew that Oswald had written a "dedication" to him on the back of the "backyard photo", "Killer of Fascists, ha ha ha", which would have made it clear to de Mohrenschildt (and to Marina) that Oswald was the "General Walker shooter" and a future assassin!?
If they knew Oswald's potential and stayed quiet, they certainly were "accessories before the fact", and likely were deeply involved with some sort of planning of Oswald's role on Nov. 22nd?

If the Secret Service had been on the cars two rear bumper foot stands with hand griips the shots would have been blocked. JFK did not want them there because he wanted himself and Jackie to be seen. It was always said that the rear bumper foot stands were not in the right place to protect the President anyway. This video clearly shows where the rear bumper foot stands were and would have protected the President.
Also, it was always very obtuse about how Clint Hill got onto the back of the car with Jackie. Earlier windows of the footage show him riding on the side of the back up car. Somehow he managed to run up and jump on JFK's car stepping onto the bumper footstand and leaping onto the back of the car. Many accounts had him somehow walking along. So many strange stories.
Strange these bumper stands were never brought up or revealed in the hundreds and hundreds of footage and photos I saw about the assasination. The bumper stands that were not there are there. Very mysterious. The hand rail to hang on is clearly visible on the right side of the car. More disproven conspiracy stories. It just goes on and on.
Emory Roberts rode shotgun in the back up car head of the Secret Service Detail that day at Dealey Plaza. When the President got shot, Emory Roberts was in charge thereafter. Nobody ever talks about that. He took charge of everything, and immediately got Johnson onto Air Force One to leave Dallas and be sworn in going to Washington or if necessary a safe place to protect him. Emory was my neighbor in Wheaton, Md. on Holdridge Rd.

In the early morning it was scheduled to rain in Dallas and the Secret Service was setting up to install the canopy on the car. The forecast changed and the President wanted to be seen by the crowds, and besides the President did not want ir put on. So it was not put on.
So as to not make JFK negligent in his death, it was bandied about that there were no foot stands on the rear of the car for Secret Service to ride on. Clearly you can see two foot stands on the rear bumper of the car with handrails to hang on. Clint Hills is stepping on one to get onto the back of the car to be with Jackie. There is just bogus story after bogus story surrounding JFK's assasination.
The most important non bogus story is that there is now overwhelming evidence of CIA and LBJ involvement in the murder. The conspiracy theorists today are the ones who still believe (or make out like they believe) the laughably bogus Warren Commission. The CIA spooks are still everywhere, trying to protect the 60 year phony narrative. Everybody's dead or in a nursing home. Who are you trying to protect except the current phony criminal CIA and FBI?
Like you I always understood it to have Kennedy that didn’t want the SS on the corners as well as the bubble top.
Recently I read where that was not true. Kennedy never did anything different then the SS had done. He would not have told them not to put the bubble on now agents on tve hand holds.
I’m unable to think of the agent ahead of the Dallas motorcade who made that call. Kennedy was very much liked by the SS and I’m sure wouldn’t interfere
Eh, my friend. Didn't you see the motorcade leaving Love Field? Wasn't that a top level ss agent telling another ss agent to keep off the limousine? The wheel was set in motion after that. Sure they'll say that JFK wanted it that way. Just like there needed to be a swearing in aboard Air Force One.
I don't believe this to be true. JFK wasn't the sort of person who would interfere with the Secret Service doing their job.
Let's NOT forget....there may have been more than 1 Oswald.
....for instance, a man looking NOTHING like Oswald but reported to be Oswald and photographed visiting the Russian Embassy in Mexico.
Even substitute Oswalds looking more like Lee would have no reason to visit Oswald's rooming house just then nor would they fool a landlady of a small home with few tenants.
There were two arrested in the Texas theater. The second was in the balcony and arrested by LD Stringfellow.
The police said 'he wouldn't be returning'.
I'm confused as I always thought he was married and had his own home with his wife.
He was married but from what I know he worked away from home and so rented somewhere during the week and went to his real home and wife at weekends
He stayed w/ends with wife at family friend Mrs Paine's place, some people think she was CIA.

You have just too many untruths to mention here. I won't do your research for you. But one thing is absolutely established and known, is JFK did NOT ask for S.S. to "stand back" and leave himself and his wife unprotected. He did NOT request "his wife be seen etc" and think about it...would he use that as a reason of a request like that!? No. We know S.S. we're ordered back by the detail boss. We also know from a DPD Detective, that his boss ordered all the DPD to "stand back and watch the motorcade AS SPECTATORS and to not act in any way at all for protecting the President" This DPD man, highly ranked, had various attempts on his life, and ended up being shot in the chest by a shotgun May 15, 1975, ruled self inflicted by the coroner, though he only owned two handguns. Even if it rained. The Bubble top was not going on the motorcade that day. I'm writing facts here. Please do research, there is enough lies out there for ppl to sift through. Just like the latest Landis lie, to only secure a book deal, and it was absolutely proven to be a lie. Vid evidence and the only other way to absolutely obliterate his lie to smithereens, unfortunately the man to do that was also "taken out" in an unresolved murder.

William Wells needs to do some “real” research on this subject, instead of repeating mistruths that he has read in some disreputable book, or heard by way of gossip. This is not the first time that I have seen this exact same post from William Wells, and it is absolutely disgusting that people today are still reiterating such ridiculously false information.
The Dulles brothers had carried out Assassinations of foreign heads of state during the Eisenhower/Nixon Administration. Deputy Director Cabell was no doubt involved in them s well, so for the Dulles brothers and the Cabell brothers and father to carry out an execution in Dallas would require (as in previous cases) access to at least some of the inner guard. One of them is on the record for not liking Kennedy due to late night lady visitors to the White House.
