Proste i skuteczne. Pozdrawiam :)

Gdyby ktoś potrzebował wskazówek, to służę pomocą.
    Przy okazji zrobiłem smarowanie kapstanów.

Hi made an automatic transcription and translation. It is not very good but hopefully one can understand some things. "[00:00:01] Hello today, I would like to show you a brief overview of the basic principles of operation and construction of the tape recorder mechanism. The patient in front of us is a short x 99. The manufacturer has equipped this tape recorder with a Sang jo mechanism based on a double shaft. Direct drive. And equipped with three engines. This mechanism was very popular and used by many manufacturers. We can find it from the Alps in Podkarpacie, it was also used by Dual Harman Carbon Knut Lux Man over even signs or in models such as BMX 300 C4 C5 07 you can also find it in Ontario. Date 29 00. I think it is from several dozen houses equipped with different versions of this mechanism and therefore I think it is a very good example to discuss such basic principles of operation. Let's start with the basic elements of the audio track. The most important of them is the drive shaft and the roller that drives the belt. This is this roller. He is responsible for moving the tape over the display heads. They record at night and play the mechanism, as I mentioned, it is with a direct drive, which means more or less that this shaft is actually an extension of the axis of the drive motor, i.e. the motor rotates without any belts without any application. This shaft direct drive does not mean, however, that the mechanism does not have belts because it has just two at the back, which will show later, is a drive belt because the engine that drives it, the captain, also transfers the drive to this capital. And this is done with a belt. Here we have another small strap, this strap is used to brake THIS ROLLER, and also shoes a bit later.
[00:02:46] Okay. Apart from the captains or shafts, we also have pressure rollers forcing the tape to the captains. And as I mentioned before, the three matching heads play back when recording. In addition, we have NICE provisions that help keep the tape in a given track. A bypass here introducing the tapes into the track. THERE IS ANOTHER ANNIVERSARY And, of course, we also have rollers or rollers, visitors to rock who have always visited tapes and rollers to punch the tape. Another elements that I think are worth mentioning are the sensors. Here we have these 4 sensors, this is a cassette lock sensor before recording, this is a home cassette sensor, this is a metal cassette sensor, and here is a sensor whether the cassette is arranged at all, arranged in a mechanism, I can show how it works on the example of a metal cassette with traditional holes by inserting one cassette in the mechanism. What we have here, the sensor went 1 up means that the cassette can be recorded because it is not broken. This plastic here, these two sensors went in the holes. This means that the cassette is metal. And here we have a sensor that shows that a cassette with the mechanism can happen, there may be a situation where if we had this plastic broken here, all sensors and all three sensors would be in the position of such a cassette and then the mechanism would not know that there is a cassette so that is what this sensor is for and this sensor is always unfolded at the moment when the cassette is exposed.

[00:04:51] It's two teeth rare, this two-tooth arrangement. The ones that we see here are used, as you probably guessed, for the drive of the rollers, or the developing one or the one that gives the visitor. This is a very cool mechanism called it is called Hitler. Here, as you can see, is the tooth wheel located directly on the motor axis. There is a housing for this motor, attached to this axle is also an arm, and on this arm. There is a second circle and now how it works but it works very simple. As the engine spins, that arm moves. And this circle touches the circle containing the tapes as the motor starts to spin and please keep spinning this circle, you just need to change the revolutions of the motor the other way and the whole system automatically starts to load the tape while rewinding the cassettes. Okay, let's see how it works for now without a cassette, we will turn on the equipment. The display lit the patient, now we will use a very complicated tool of my authorship, i.e. the activist, to delicately deceive this sensor. It is not such a simple matter and now the mechanism thinks it has a cassette and if you think it has a cassette, press it with Play. As you can see, the whole cart went up, so the rollers were pulled out to the captains. The head rose. The engine started to spin and it starts to tap the tape the moment we stop. The buzek dropped and the rollers stopped spinning earlier, welcome to see how Hitler works one way. Stop the other side.
[00:07:13] Okay, here's the layout I mentioned earlier, it's a circle that. The moment is spinning without any resistance. Behind that whip wheel, there is a time wheel that enters the bar that connects this tube to this wheel, and now what is it for at all. This is so that during playback the tablet will lock this wheel and then friction is generated between this wheel and this time wheel and this friction causes the tube to turn with a slight resistance. And so the tape will remain tight, it will not be loosely attached to the guide here. This is done so that if the brake was not there and the tape was loose here, then it could move left and right on this board before introducing the tape into the track, which would result in the tape being brought in. Also, if you have a tape recorder with this type of mechanism and it starts chasing tapes, the main suspect is the belt that probably broke or the brake could also be muted. Here is the regulation of this brake by shifting this metal shape, you can regulate this bullet, it is probably the so-called feel it means he has. This adjustment probably has 4 4 positions of sts from what I remember. And if you have the belt working at the same time, you will be wearing the tape all the time, it means that this resistance is too low. And I propose to change it and use such an electric organ to set this mechanism so that the tape does not crease, unless you have an electrical tape, of course, where you can check the settings.
[00:09:14] But hardly anyone has such a tape and it is a very expensive thing today. Now let's see how this mechanism works, the folded cassette takes out the package, here we have the cassette, put it in the mechanism, we go through it because the head is transparent so it will be nice to see how it stays under pressure. Dr. I would like to point out that although no tape recorder function is turned on, it is an insult when asked how I do not know if it can be seen, it should turn, so that the power button itself turns off the main engine and flaps, the states keep spinning, so it is not good to have the tape recorder turned on when it is not used because what is it for? What is this all about. Now let's be Play now and see how it all works. There were rolls to rolls to the United States today. The tape begins to move over the heads. It is also very nicely drawn out here. With the 2-slate system, there is no need to use the film that normally squeezes the tapes into the heads and, as you can see, the whole thing is spinning. And now you are probably still interested in how this system was scientifically written for cassette and tape. It is done. It's very simple. Note that. Right by mail. Two and a half millimeters in diameter, Captain Lewy 2 and 3, i.e. Captain Left, simply moves the tape a little slower than they pull the right one out of here.

[00:12:00] This keeps the tape tight because. The traces of tape here are faster than here and this straitjacket has to pull the tape out from underneath that piece causing it to strain. It also maintains this condition, which is why it is driven by the main engine because it is responsible for moving the belt so that it is as close as possible, so this direct drive guarantees constant rotation because there is no slack on the belt on the plus gear. This role should push with more force than this one, just so that the friction that is being produced here would be able to overcome this friction and pull this tape out from under this captain. This is also the main drive of the tape. Everything else is used to reflect the irrigation of the fields and keep the tape taut. The elements that I wanted to show you here are also a pill on which the cassette is based at all. As they say, we put it back in again. She is sitting here in this square. On this course. Here we have a roller that regulates the distance so that it does not fall further. And here it is still. Such. Flattened marrow that enters this hole, and thanks to this the cassette does not fly sideways. Of course, everything is still under pressure. In the fall, it will also all stabilize and then. We can now play without any problems. Here, of course, there are also a lot of different adjustment screws, for example, you regulate the feeding of the tape with these two posts, this moves the trolley left and right. This modification adjusts the position of the trolley up and down. This is very important because I do not know if you have noticed, but there is no adjustment here, so the whole track is set in terms of THIS ROLL, i.e. the tape must be introduced so that it is perfectly parallel so that it passes in the right arrangement over the heads and goes here to the captain driving it, adjusting it that is, of course, the subject of the river.
[00:15:04] First of all you need some experience you need to have cassette templates sometimes you need test cassettes and generally some knowledge so that is beyond the scope of this video. Besides, I don't know much about it myself. But I think that I refused briefly and showed you such basic, really basic principles of operation of the mechanism and I will show it to you from the other side. And here you can see. The main driving engine is the one whose axis is also a piece, i.e. the captain, driving it, i.e. the engine without middle means, i.e. extremely quiet, practically without loud noise, and from it, through the belt, the drive is transmitted to the second captain. Here we have an engine from Hitler which is responsible for stuffing the tape up or rewinding the cassette and here we have a third engine with such a team Krzysiek which responds through these screams and gears and sounds responsible for lifting and lowering this whole trolley with heads and rollers. And that would be it, I guess. Thanks everyone for your attention. I will put it together now. I hope that when I submit it, it turns out that I have to take it and send it to a real account service and not to a usurper like me. Stay warm, best regards. Bye Bye."
