I had green fingers a lot growing up. But, totally different reason. TBYML was the only one of her good albums, her many 5 star albums, that was actually recognized. It may or may not be her best, but they missed like 6 others...
But if she kept making music with the same sound and ideas you would call it boring and underwhelming. Artists can’t win. Her artistic development is beautiful and authentic and it’s sad that you can’t see that
@@melodicvirginia No, they can. I miss her guitar playing. But now she doesn’t touch a guitar. You call that progress? I don’t. Now she makes me yawn. Before she was exciting! I’ll stick to her early music and when she had a band.
@@dynjarren8355 depends on what records of hers you listen to. she produced the record uh huh her by herself and played all the instruments except for the drums (which are actually played by rob ellis). on the record stories from the city, she also plays guitar. what I like about her is that she plays with her image and style, and I too like her early records the most, but the rest is also really good if you really take your time to get into it.
Many thanks. Can't get enough of PJ's early stuff. She was a force of nature.
She still is.
Loved that, there’s always something new to find with PJ.
This video is ace. Thanks.
Love her west country accent

The interviewer dose my head in for some reason don't know why
I like the Power Trio! She got rid of a great band! Now I’m not interested. It’s like Clapton after Cream. Not half as good!!
Well forget it then haha
@@kramasmusic8731 I have! I no longer listen to her music. Only the early stuff. Her best stuff!
