I don’t think the 13year old should be tried as an adult. Especially since he was abused by the person he killed.

Two people tried to kill me and I don’t know why. One tried to light me on fire. The other tried to poison me by getting me to drink almost a whole bottle of mouthwash. I was very young. I told the man to drink a bottle of mouthwash and no one took it seriously that I almost got killed. I was a scapegoat. A woman told me that I should not say things like that. After he admitted that it was a joke, I still don’t understand why I was not treated like a victim ever. Now I often have dark thoughts in my mind. I don’t like screamers. A woman called the police on a woman for being fat. Sometimes the wrong people go to jail, while the wrong people don’t go.

Those friends and family will remember you only by the death of your victim, and they will all hate you for it forever. The moment your victim perishes is also the very same moment that you lose whatever shred of innocence you had before your victim perished. While in some cases there is a chance of parole, but if it's life with no chance of parole, you will be forever stripped of both your innocence and your freedom, and will have to serve the rest of your life behind bars! Now if you really plan on taking another person's life, that's your own innocence and your own freedom that you're throwing away forever! And in the event that you're sentenced to life in prison without parole, you're NEVER gonna get your innocence or your freedom back! When I say that your innocence and freedom is gone, I really mean it! So ask yourself, is taking another person's life really worth forever losing your innocence and freedom over? If I were anyone reading this comment, I'd take my advice and NEVER take anyone's life, because trust me, I believe that it's NOT WORTH IT!!
