Nice creative bass line on your track! What I'm hoping for one day is to find a tutorial on single note muffled staccato rhythm guitar lines. E.g., on your track the keyboards are holding down the 'chuck' rhythm, and those guitar single notes rhythm lines are what I am feeling to play, instead of strumming. I love listening to them on my favorite classic reggae recordings. Thanks for your love, time and energy. Sending you love and much respect.

whoa that was quite a story you've been telling there. it's good to see you're back on your feet again . your story helped in the way of remembering to listen to your body. it tells you when it's enough,unfortunately it does it in such a subtle way that we don't notice it right away.(at least that's my experience) while i was sittin' n watchin' i thought about little pains and stuff like that i've been having throughout the years and when they got worse and when they got less bad or disappear. it makes sense , what you said about no sleep or not enough of it. too many things on your mind , going on at the same time , that's fine for a little while , but on the long run it's like your doctor said. it's destructive for yourself. been there too ,fortunately my loving wife told me to take a few steps back and it feels much better. thank you for sharing your reasons why. it was a good "reminder" to stay in touch with your body and soul. don't forget to feel it inside. listen to it and don not ignore it. greetings to you Xyan. positive vibes only
