For anyone having trouble with WS2 sidestep at the end - the thing that puts opponent off axis is actually qcf2 being too close to the opponent. If you do a mini backdach between WS2 and qcf2 the opponent is aligned perfectly and you don't need to sidestep at the end
On the f2+3 combo you can ssR then do the uf3 and it goes into the normal f3,1+2,4 after that you can do 2-microdash b3+4 or you can do df3,1 into heat burst f4,4 and ending with wr3 or db1+2. db2+3 (also low parry,df3+4, etc) you can qcf2,df4-3,df3-1,microdash,uf3+4-1+2.
As another consistent bonus to thier f2+3 cane mid attack, dash up waiting for them to hit the group then going into their qcf2, 2 2, f3 1+2 4, 1, b3+4 also nets you 88 dmg (87 if you don't want the 1 jab but it works) Love your vid btw great stuff. *Edit just realised if you have the space to do the regular combo in 1:05 you get 90 damage without rage or anything.
With Hermit B4 counter hit, I was able to reproduce a 69 damage combo. It has a similar startup with B4, F3, QCF2, D3 - 2. The difference is the tornado. I opted into doing F3 - 1+2 - 4 after which I end with the B4 Hermit 2 - 3. So far, I've tested it on Bryan. For KING, Feng, and Raven, they are anomalies. I'm able to do both the F3 QCF2 or just the QCF2 and get either a 10 or 11 hit 69 damage combo. For Alisa, Asuka, Azucena, Claudio, D-Jin, Dragonuv, Hwoarang, Jin, Jun, Kazuya, Lars, Law, Lee, Leo, Leroy, Lili, Nina, Paul, Reina, Shaheen, Steve, Victor, Xiaoyu, Yoshimitsu, and Zafina, it drops the F3 QCF2, so I just did the QCF2. Also, after the tornado, you might need to do a micro "SSD" or "dash" (either will work) to make sure you don't whiff on the end of Hermit 2 - 3, and for all that, I got a 10 hit 69 damage. For Jack-8, you have to do F3 QCF2. It will drop on the QCF2, or more like the window is much harder to hit, ending in a 10 or 11 hit 69 damage combo. Kuma and the FUCKING PANDA are weird. For them, if you do F3 QCF2, you'll end with a 10 hit 68 damage combo, but if you just do the QCF2, it will be a 9 hit 69 damage combo. Some of the inputs from F3 - 1+2 - 4 won't hit Kuma or the Panda.
This video is perfect its exactly what im looking for in a combo video. I hate combo videos that are cluttered with irrelevant combos that you dont need to use
For df3+4 you can do side step right, f2,3,4, hermit 2,3, uf3+4 1+2. It does 70dmg and should work on all characters including bears. You can do the same combo for a low parry btw.
Back again, jsut been watching your vid and completly blanked on the first combo and now I realise f2+3 cane mid attack, dash up waiting for them to hit the group then going into their qcf2, 2 2, f3 1+2 4, 1, b3, 2 3 is 90 DAMAGE like wow, although I will say on smaller arenas it won't work as you'll hit the wall too early and drop the last part so the b3+4 is better in those situations which are quite frequent unless you pushed back.
Hey do you have any insights when it comes to floor breaks, his 1+3 grab leaves then on an off angle on the fall so the best damage I can get is like 63 (1 Throw, FB, QCF2, F3, 1+2, 4, UF 3+4, 1+2).
Hhmmm I haven't actually had the time to look at his floor break combos🤔 I haven't been playing much Leroy since I made this guide. But I will test this in the next few days and let you know ASAP!👌🏽
Doing good, ended up starting my 10k run excercise the other day and I am dead lol, so I decided to recover I'd make a flashy Leroy cheat sheet, which I like so much I'm gonna post it to Reddit cause I thought it's helpful. ooo I also tagged you as a special thanks since I decided to post it as I wouldn't have figured out some of the routes to take if not for your guide :) Hope your week gets better @@GamerNemy :)
ehi man could you make this for everyone in general? This format is perfect with every single move and launcher it's exactly what tekken needs, i'm learning steve after leroy and this helped so much in telling me what leroy uses all guides should be done like this
after the hermit forward 4 during the wall combo the opponent can low block, toe kick or spring kick to interrupt the ground punches. What am I doing wrong?
That's means your timing is off. The hermint f4 should hit when the opponent is close to the ground on the wall. It's just a timing this, once you have that down then you're good!
I FIGURED IT OUT!!! when I do my qcf2, I get too close and it puts the combo slightly off axis. If I take a slight step back before the qcf2, it works 100% of the time. Note that the distance needed to get off axis seems to also be about round start spacing. I'm a goober for not realizing this sooner lol.

My hero. Preserving me one more day from needing to learn how to actually ss mid combo.
🐐
The repetition is hella appreciated with the hard parts of the combo! Hope to start grinding Leroy this week!
Thanks bro
Just trying to be as clear as day
Leroy is pretty sick!
This guide is super helpful! Not enough Leroy guides at the moment, hope they buff my boy!
Thank you
Yah Leroy really needs some love

@@GamerNemy No worries I'm ready for Leroy now time to take them into some games
Nice! 👌🏽 I'm learning alot 😄
💪🏽🔥🔥
For heat engage launcher use qcf 2 into df 4,3 into f 2,3,4 hermit 2,3 then dash up to opponent b4 hermit 2,3
Oh awesome
I'll try that n do an updated guide in the future
Thanks😊
very good guide, helps get my foot in the door with this character
Thank you

Ngl Leroy have the most beautiful martial arts movements in Tekken. Change my mind.

Yeah if you've found something more optimal and easier to do then by all means use that instead👌🏽
Really great video, really detailed!
At the risk of sounding greedy, do you have any recommendation for an optimal thing to do on low parry?
Thank you very much😊
Lo it's cool
Mmm you cab use the same combo route as the one with the low pimp cane
@@GamerNemy oh awesome!! Thank you again :D

It could be better lol😅

Found a 64 damage combo off of CH Hermit 1:
Hermit 1, micro dash 3, f3,1+2,4 S! dash b3, hermit 2,3
B1+2 ch qcf2 f234 hermit 2,3 ->tornado-> dash 2, microdash b3+4
This combo makes 58 dmg
I tried to avoid microdash Combos for beginners
I just play Leroy since Tekken 7 season 3 and I was tried a lot of combos since t8 beta, so also try to share my experience@@GamerNemy
what is the input for the high kick after you do the punches at 4.30?
F3,1+2,4
Thank you :)
You're welcome bro
Hey dude for the df 3+4 you can get more damage and Iv tested it and it
So df 3+4 then qcf 2 into df 4,3 then df 3,1 then b 3+4
Noted browski
Thank you!
I will update it as well😊

Yeah I'll get back into combo guides soon but for now I'm still focusing on character guides
Hey, just found this channel and your vids are very helpful. Are you still in kalingalinga?
Oh cool
Thanks man
No not anymore
I'm in Chalala now
@@GamerNemy oh okay, I'll try to come through one of these days. Where is it exactly
Can get more damage from low cane with qcf 2 df 4,3 2 b3+4 I believe its 68
Ohh awesome bro thanks 😊
With cane I think df 4,3 pushes enemy away to much to get b 3+4 off
@@housambarakat9279 my apologies that finisher is a little more character specific but is reliable for the entire cast when applying to df 3+4
thanks u for u help , I subscribe, there are hardly many videos of Leroy in French, your video is perfect

Question, can Leroy parry Yoshi’s sword attacks?
Mmm honestly I can't recall😅
I need to test it and get back to you
@@GamerNemy Any update on that Yoshit parrying his sword? Sorry I just been busy so I haven’t gotten on Tekken in a couple of weeks to see for myself
for people who play on controller how do you guys do qcf 2? with stick on dpad?
With pad
I use a PS5 controller
@@GamerNemy thank you i was having lots of trouble hitting this move consistently
I suck at the ff2 combo lmao. It's the same as d/f2,1+2 and yet I'm always whiffing the very last hit of the combo and it's kinda silly

Yeah
You can also just do a mini SS after the tornado to realign yourself
nothing is picking up for me after 1+2 heat dash
You can't get a combi from that
Just a follow up
think you missed a counter hit starter . fullcrouch. df4-1..
Oh you're right🤦🏽
