All note if you playing Paul you can ff22 his Death Fist and get a free combo off it, just make sure you execute it on time cuz if you ff too late it won’t connect

The difference between 22 and 44 -12 frame punish is that the former gives you more damage and frame advantage but from a shorter range while the latter lets you punish your opponents who did a -12 move with pushback (like Bryan's mid kick) that 22 can't reach.
For i14 punish it's really up to you Uf3+4 is for big pushback obviously but they have white health While 1+2 1+2 1 can be hit confirmed leave no white health and the first input is only -2 (only the 1+2 is -2) so even if you miss the punish you can still move but shit range so choose wisely As for Hermit stance remember to mix with fast move like 4 and 1+2 because all his move in the stance is quite slow and the only good check move leaves him at -7 in Hermit or basically -15 since he doesn't have a power crush from it (he can parry but that is a mixup in itself) You make them respect using 4 once they start respecting you can hellsweep or sidestep 1+2 chip and Hermit 1+2 is actually a mid too so it's also a great check tool but it's a bit slower than 4

uf1 also allows parrying from force crouch or after duck (against some strings). Important tidbit.

Also a bit safer As the secind hit is mind, if you fail the punish and get ducked during 22 you get launched.

After low cane now you can do ssl b3 23 uf3+4 1+2 for 4 extra damage.
The worst part about being a day 1 Leroy main is that now that he's buffed, people will think im a tierwhore. 😔

Coming from playing Steve. This character has a lot of similarities
MERA BOI, wont lie i miss his allround game, they gave him identity with strong highs good lows weak mids and pokes, he is so cheesy now.

I keep getting either jabbed or side stepped, finding it hard to use Hermit even at +3.
You can do b2 parry or hermit 1 parry
