DIO is most certainly one of the best. He's practically a faster and more versatile Jotaro with a built-in vampirism (autoheal) skill. That allows more komas to boost DIO instead of giving Jotaro a vampirism koma.

The patch was a very good attempt but it needs some corrections considering now we have access to better translations for almost all the series in the game.
You have to get the Rohan Koma and get the JoJo world branch. There you can find Jotaro. On one of the boss tower levels, you can obtain a secret mission completion and get the DIO koma.

In the boss tower, you need to do the secret mission on one of the levels. I forgot which one though.

I find it funny that gyro is in the game even though steel ball run's first manga wasn't even around at the time.
The first Steel Ball Run manga came out in 2004 and the game came out in 2006, so it's no wonder they added it!

Oh so the translation patch i got changed all the entries instead of translating them!

Complete missions by fulfilling all the conditions and buy upgrades for the characters. Sooner or later you will get access to JoJo World
