Hidden Voices: Make a Straw Flute

Got a plastic drinking straw and pair of scisors handy? Thats all you need to have some fun making music! Have a go creating your own straw flute.
This video is part of Midlands Arts Centre's series of musical videos for carers as part of our Hidden Voices project - a programme aiming to reach female carers in Birmingham within diverse communities, created in partnership with Midland Mencap and Quench Arts, and supported by Spirit of 2012's Carers' Music Fund.
Led by our multi-talented artists and Music Leaders the videos will provide fun, interactive music-making activities for carers, who will be able to get involved at home during lockdown whilst our building is temporarily closed.
