Photography in the rain at Stevens Falls, Gov. Dodge State Park and a historic spring house

Cloudy with a chance of rain, was the forecast... so, I ventured to Governor Dodge State Park to photograph Stevens Falls, and it did rain! However, It was a quiet and peaceful day with a couple of good images of the falls. Along the creek I came across a rock outcrop that was covered in liverwort, moss and ferns; the green was amazing so i had to grab a picture. At the end of the hike I stopped at the spring house built of stone constructed in the 1850's by the homesteaders that lived here at the time (last name Stevens with some name adjusting moving from Norway). The water is still flowing from this stout structure, fast and clear.
