I have never seen such an informative video on weft installation until this video! 🤌🏽 My favorite part was the tip of using nylon thread, I’ve been using a different material and I think that’s where my installation hasn’t been as simple! You’re such an amazing educator! Thank you for this video! ❤️
Can you do a video on how to bleach/lighten your hair with wefts already on? I find it difficult to find stylists that want to dye my real hair with wefts on because they think it wont lift. But Ive done it before and it worked fine! Or maybe you can provide some insight. I have very "dirty" blonde hair but I want to lift it to a summer blonde or just have random highlights to make it appear lighter like level 8 or 9 if possible. I have wefts sewn in already but I don't want to buy new extensions to go lighter, any thoughts?
Great question! I do this often where I’ll do a partial highlight and tone with the wefts still in. A partial is great as it’s usually the top of the head and hairline that you see the most, and also the area where typically there aren’t extensions. I’ll have to make a video soon on how I do this process 🥰
@@xsamhair Yes please make a video about it! I want to show stylists what they can do. They are scared the wefts won't tone or it won't blend. But I have this top half of my head with chocolate brown and my wefts are dirty blonde and nobody wants to touch my hair! I know you can dye the extensions while still sewn in.
Tried to do this for my girlfriend last night and thought i was doing good…then she brushed her hair and realized i missed like 3-4 pockets of hair so the whole weft was super loose 🤦🏻♂️😭 Gonna redeem myself today after watching this one instead of the terrible one she showed me lol
I’m going to help my customer as emergency this week for her wedding. Glad to find your video. I haven’t done extensions so long time! Your how you installation is very easy to understand ❤thank you!
Hair DESTROYED AFTER - microring - wefthair ( microring again) Keratin, nanoring, Many woman dont see truth, i told this after my experiences after 14 year od extensions. Never more. I wait on my hair if they grow up
Sorry to hear that, hair extensions have definitely come a long way over the years. I agree that the potential for damage is definitely there, but safe installs, good aftercare and proper removals ensure no damage to the natural hair. I also believe that choosing a method that works for the client is also crucial.
You are a brilliant teacher.
Thank you 🙏🏾
Ahh thank you so much! It’s a pleasure ❤️

Is hair extension bad for your hair?
Hair extensions shouldn’t cause damage, ensuring they’re installed correctly and maintained correctly ❤️
