This is off subject, but I don't know of a more appropriate video of yours. I have heard that funeral directors typically photograph the deceased after all prep is completed. It may be done for two principal reasons. 1) The photo is simply part of the embalming report. 2. It is done to provide evidence of the quality of the prep in case the family files a complaint or sues the funeral home for malpractice. Is this true?
I would like to know, how do you prepare someone in the condition Patsy Cline was in after her 1963? They found her torso, and part of her head, but she was in a closed casket in her living room . What would be done to control bad odors? I love Kari Northey, too.

Congratulations on your new baby . Do you work in either Bohemia, or Riverhead on long Island, in new York? A friend came from that area.
I don't think its selfish to sometimes put yourself first. This can be a very hard job and it's extremely hard to get out of a well of depression.
I guess you could say that most people who have never worked for a funeral home have some curiosity of a funeral director's typical work day.
