    Very valid points. I most often face people who arrive in a bad mood, and maybe have a negative preconceived idea of the experience they're going to have. A positive friendly welcome & keeping the exchange polite and helpful results in an unhappy arrival leaving as a different person every time. Makes me happy too!

      Absolutely Milton, you can often turn and unhappy customer into a happy customer and it makes everyone's day better!

    This is very difficult. Yet helpful.
    I can tell it involves hardwork and techniques Been with costumer care for 4months, and have been struggling , getting across difficult costumers.
    as so grateful to have stumbled across ur channel.😢 very useful information 😊
